Miguel may be facing a lawsuit for that now infamous ‘leg drop’ at the recent Billboard Awards. (Don’t tell me you didn’t see this coming?)
According to E! News, the recipient of the ‘leg drop’, felt around the world, Khyati Shah, is actually thinking about slapping the “Adorn” singer with a lawsuit:
Khyati Shah’s attorney, Vip Bhola, tells E! News exclusively that a decision will be made soon on whether to file a lawsuit against Miguel pending Khyati’s most recent medical results. He noted that the fan has been experiencing “difficulties” as a result of the incident.
“We will determine that after we have feedback from medical providers,” Bhola told E! News, declining to give a timeline on when any civil action might be filed.
The singer did meet up with Khyati after the incident and spoke about what happened at the Billboard Awards:
Miguel has not made a comment on the potential lawsuit, but I’m sure he had to know it was coming.
