We just found out that Rihanna maybe planning a North American tour.
According to eonline.com, Rihanna hopes to kick things off in September. Details of exactly who, where and when are still being worked on, but it looks like RiRi may have some female company.
Ciara and Keyshia Cole are in reportedly in negotiations to join the tour. Rihanna wants strong women to join her, this is a ‘women empowerment’ type of tour.
This would definitely be the tour of ’09.
