The winter months can be rough on our skin, those harsh winds sure can do damage to our skin. Now that spring is here (even though I’m not totally convinced) now is the time to show off a fresh, healthy complexion.
Here are some tips to put your best face forward:
Use a face cleanser that includes an ingredient that exfoliates, as it gently removes dead skin and does wonders for your complexion. You can get this from a drugstore or department store.
Bring back that much needed moisture to your skin by using a hydrating facial mask once or twice a week. Don’t forget to drink lots of water (I’ve been doing this since I was a kid)
Take advantage of all of the great fruits that spring gives us. Fruits are full of beneficial antioxidants, which helps revitalize your skin, and is great for the body!
