Sure, the incidence of skin cancer is lower in people of color than whites, but we are still at risk. Prolonged sun exposure can also damage the appearance of your skin and age your face. Here are some tips to keep your skin healthy and protected from the sun.
1. Avoid the sun from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
This is when the sun is at its brightest. Avoiding direct exposure to the sun during this time can reduce your risk of sun damage.
2. Use a moisturizer with SPF protection
