Each New Year, we clean out old closets and dust off the knick-knacks and weed out thawing gardens to make room for something new. Do the same for yourselves.
• Your chest is for vital organs, not a catch-all closet for grudges and heated debates about what you should have said or done. Make room in there to breathe!
• Knick-knacks are things you hold on to just because they remind you of something PAST. Throw that mess away! Unless you are keeping them (old issues) around to learn what not to do, who needs the reminder?
• Hard soil is what keeps your soul from getting watered. If you are starving yourself because you can’t let go, then a hungry plant you will be.
Have you begun to think about your New Year resolutions? Where will you begin?
