Faith Evans (Of Course) Escapes Jail Time With DUI Deal
Faith Evans has cut a deal for herself in her DUI case. Faith was arrested back in August at a DUI checkpoint near the Marina Del Rey section of L.A. In September, she had officially been charged with two counts of driving under the influence, and if convicted, could have faced up to 6 months in jail. Instead, because she’s a celebrity probably, she managed to skip the jail time and has worked out a deal with prosecutors.
