Russell Simmons held a launch party in New York last night for his upcoming reality show “Running Russell Simmons”.
The show makes it’s Oxygen debut on November 2nd and will chronicle his day to day life as a music mogul, business man and philanthropist.
Plenty of guests showed up including Russell’s model girlfriend Heidi Allende, Pepa, Tyson Beckford, Selita Ebanks, Gayle King, Veronica Webb and Russell’s brother Rev Run, who arrived with wife Justine and son Russy.
Russell said, “I like to believe that business is something that leaves a lasting effect on the consumer … it’s stable and makes them happy for the long-term. You want to give something that has that kind of effect on people. With my charities, I like to provide something that make people happy [long-term].”
