Anthemic girl-power songs, catchy club-bangers you couldn’t get out of your head, and videos full of flash and dance – they were enough to make even the hardest of hardcore fans a pop music puppet.
So it’s no surprise that the ladies are going head-to-head at the 2010 Video Music Awards.
MTV has announced the nominees for their annual music award show, and while one lady is leading the race with a record 13 nominations, another got the snub of the century with only one nomination – and it was for “video editing.” Blah.
