An autopsy found that Jonathan Sanders ingested a lethal dosage of cocaine moments before being placed in a chokehold by officer Kevin Herrington.
The police officer who killed Sanders allegedly uttered the words, "I'm gonna get that n****r," before tackling him to the ground and subduing him in a chokehold.
