I’m very picky about my shoes or anything that goes on my feet for that matter. I may wear the same shoe fifty times, but only certain ones dare even get worn.
Anyway, this season crept around the corner faster than I could even anticipate and I found myself in need of a new boot. I purchased a pair of combat boots two years and well they have served their purpose!
Then I got these Carlie Riding Boot from Sears. I was totally skeptical about buying any footwear from the retailer, I mean I’m not walking around in Louis Vuitton loafers but the lesser expensive (cheap) shoes don’t seem to last and are less comfortable.
So that was the first thing I noticed, comfort. The boots from Sears (that’s what I’ll call them from now on) were actually soft. They fit a little weird around the bridge between my foot and my ankle but for $21.99, it’s not like I’m expecting velvet cushion. I even like the shape of the boot, not square or too oblong, just normal.
The brown boots from Sears could complete a casual Saturday outfit. I could throw them on with a basic pair of jeans and white shirt.
