Rihanna Is Toning Down Her Image: “I Don’t Want To Become A Gimmick”
Throughout all the hair colors, styles and variations, Rihanna insists that she doesn’t want to become a gimmick. With her new album Talk That Talk prepped and ready for release the fashionista is cooling down on the crazy ensembles and wacky wardrobe.
“I kinda just wanted to scale right back instead of having a look,” Rihanna told Ryan Seacrest in a recent interview. “I didn’t want to make it such a big deal about what hair color or what cut. I just wanted to go right back to something simple and something flexible, something a little more natural. It’s more about the music. I don’t want to become a gimmick—ever.”
