Michelle Williams made an appearance in Los Angeles at the Grammy Block party and even performed for the crowd. She also took time out to pose for pictures with singers Tina Campbell and Erica Campbell of Mary Mary. Michelle looked pretty in a slim blue dress with beading and sunglasses. Michelle has always been skinny but is she too skinny?
