Mariah Carey’s new album, her 14th to date, will arrive sooner than you think. Though she just delivered twins, she spent her pregnancy not only preparing for motherhood, but recording new music, according to the NY Daily News.
Husband Nick Cannon said, “She’s planning on having a record out this year. She’s been working away, and we have a studio in the crib, and the pregnancy has totally inspired her on so many different levels. You’re definitely gonna see some new phenomenal music from Mariah.”
Singing amidst nausea, morning sickness and achy pains? This will be either her best work to date, or her worst.
