EPIC FAIL: Drake’s “Best I Ever Had” Video

The staff at HelloBeautiful are big fans of this song, but we were pretty upset when we saw this video. Drake and Kanye (who directed the video) should be ashamed of their depiction of females in this video. This video basically says a woman’s beauty is defined by how big her boobs are and how light her skin is.

The skits in there were funny and enjoyable. I was interested in seeing that because I have never seen him act in anything that I can remember. And since that is his roots I wanted to see what the hype was on that front. Video wasn’t stellar or profound overall. Has it moments. Pretty girls verses regular girls. Regular girls whipped there asses. Sounds like a underlying meaning there. Maybe Kanye mind is hoping your looking deeper into the video then just the visual.

I think the video was pretty funny, especially for all the “best” chicks to get their azz whooped on the court. And hey, it’s his video so if he wants fair skinned women with big breasts in his videos so be it. If I were making videos, i would have the main men I am attracted to in it as well.

Yea I aint like this video either i remember when i typed in to see it i was all excited cause i loved the song. Then i saw team drake my smile became a frown like huh? I thought it was going to be more like a sweetheart video and like other girls trying to come between him n his girl love but it wasnt, just like all yall said light skinnned girls half naked idk wat they was thinking he need to redo that vid cause it gets no play.

All i’ma say is imitation is the best form of flattery, so they say.
