We’re hearing from essence.com, that singer Toni Braxton, is separated from her husband Keri Lewis, formerly of Mint Condition, after 8 years of marriage. Toni and her husband Keri were spotted together this past Tuesday at the Soul Train Awards. The couple have two kids named Demin and Deizel. Braxton has sold 40 million albums worldwide and won six Grammy Awards.

I HOPE THEIR 8 YEAR MARRIAGE DIDN’T END OVER A PETTY KISS WITH TREY SONGZ! IF SO THAT IS A SHAME! Really, a Kiss? Have a sit down talk over that, come to terms and move forward. Now, if it went BEYOND a kiss and into a FULL BLOWN affair, then I can see HIM wanting to separate… but it says She petitioned the separation. The article doesn’t say much so reading other comments that claim the separation “COULD” be because she kissed Trey Songz.
I feel bad for Toni, first the bankruptcy, the heart condition, now this? She’s such a gorgeous woman and her husband, is gorgeous too. They made a great couple. So sorry to hear about that. Eight years is a long time. A lot of years and energy has been invested in a marriage for that long, it’s not like they were married for a year. Oh well, it’s what she wants. Whatever will make her happy. The article does say their separated, not divorced yet so who knows? Maybe they will eventually try to work things out after having their space. Either way, I wish them both all the best.

I’m not suprised I knew they were going down once she kissed Trey Songz. She’s stressing for money and she made a STUPID move by kissing Trey to get a lil buzz back. Matter of fact I wouldn’t be suprised if she ends up dating Trey. No matter the age these b***hes stay dumb. I’m not calling all women b***hes so don’t jump on me. Now imagine if her husband kissed Keri Hilson or someone. It would have been damn a hundred comments. I don’t feel bad for notbhing that happens to her. Call me bitter and some might call me a hater. People complain that there’s no black love but truth is love is making it thru tough times Together!!!! Its seems like no one can do that anymore especially us, black ppl. This explains the speculations of her going broke!!! Another BEAUTIFUL black family bites the dust (smh). In the meantime, I hope if they do end up divorcing that they can have an amicable agreement amongst one another & to be the best parents for their boys. Toni is indeed beautiful and I wish her nothing but the best.
