It’s really interesting to note the extreme lack of sensitivity and regard for another human being. What does either of these women’s LOOKS have to do with the fact that Alicia Key’s CHOSE to be a part of the destruction of a marriage under the eyes of GOD? Is this the kind of thing that we as Black people support? Obviously, Swizz Beatz was attracted to Mashonda once upon a time because he DID marry her AND gave her a son. Alicia Keys did not honor this even though she talks so much about “love and light”. I don’t think Mashonda was trying to “air her dirty laundry” as much as she was putting AK on blast for her phony public persona. Which is why she has never commented on this subject. This would cause her fans to view her in a negative light. Which is something she or her record label don’t want. I don’t understand why so many Black women are quick to say “don’t blame me, blame your man” as if that absolves YOU, the jumpoff, of any responsiblity if you knew. And I doubt very highly that Alicia Keys did not know. Swizz Beatz is a SUCCESSFUL, sought after producer! How would she NOT know? What happened to having morals and respecting yourself as a woman? I guess that all went out the door in this the age of sex-tapes and reality television. There is only so many times you can ask your husband what the real deal is. It’s up to HIM if he is going to keep it real and let you know. Mashonda could have played her position as a wife without even knowing that anything was wrong until it was bought to her attention. I hope AK knows what she’s gotten herself into because as my Daddy says “the way you get em, is the way you lose em’ “. And @BlkBunny…..Your comment is full of the ignorance that causes Black women to be content with being seen as jezebels. BOTH Swizzy and AK are to blame since both knew 1 was married under God. And as for airing her life on Twitter, it’s your OPINION that it isn’t a smart one, but it IS HER DECISION, which is a FACT. You also sound as though you’ve been a jumpoff a time or two. Not my business. But if so, I could see why you would side with AK.

It’s so sad that women have no morals anymore. If you are male or female, and you have experienced the ups and downs of love, but you can’t relate to this woman’s pain or if you cannot understand why she feels the way she feels, then theirs something seriously wrong with you. Alicia Keys is just as much at fault as Swizz Beats. Whether he came on to her or vice versa, neither one of them took into consideration who they were hurting. No, they just wanted to forfill there own selfish desires. But I wonder, have either one of these clowns thought about the road they’ll have to walk now. Because how can you bring misery to someone else life and expect to live happily ever after? I dont give a dam how much money you have it aint gonna happen. So to Mrs. MaShonda, always remember that God is in control, even when you feel like your life has turned upside down, God is in control. There is nothing funny about what this woman is going through, I don’t know why women take pleasure in another woman’s pain. We should be careful what we co-sign. You never know what God has planned. Some of you may feel like it’s okay for her to suffer and not only is it okay, but it’s funny too, well the same thing might come to your front door, and guess what, if you really love that man or woman, you going want somebody to have compassion for you. You gonna what somebody to tell you its gonna be alright. I will be praying for your healing MaShonda, and if you happen to read this one day, always remember, you might not find the compassion that you yawn for in people, or you may even recieve more laughs then huggs. You will run across people who’d will rather gossip about, then offer encouraging words. But even when you find yourself lost in your thoughts, questioning whether you were a good wife, did you you do everything you can to make your marriage work, even when you can’t feel peace around you due to strife, I need you to trust GOD. Bring it back to GOD’S remembrance that he said he will never leave you are forsake you. He will fight all your battles. Everything Mashonda said, proves that she is a Mature, Black WOMAN…I do not know all of the facts..do not care to know really…but if she handled this situation they way she said she did….She still comes out looking like the better woman..Too many times..the black family is destroyed…by ourselves. We walk out on a cheating spouse, when we know we want to reconcile. We go after the other woman..to hurt her or even kill her…
If she reached out and asked ALicia to back up..so she can work on her family….Then yeah, AK has proven she is not a SUPERWOMAN after all, but human like the rest of us. And if she did not back up….all I can say is …what comes around..also goes around…

Alicia Keys is a homewrecker!

I don’t believe we have ALL of the facts. There are too many variables…what if Alicia thought Swizz and his wife were over? What if Swizz and his wife were over and now she’s just mad that he moved on? I’m wondering if Swizz’s wife would be hurt if they were actually divorced and he still went on with AK? Most likely yes.
Bottom line – we know they’re still married. Yes, AK prob should have steer clear, but again…who knows what he told her.
Sometimes seperated men lie about their status so much. I live in a military town and I ask for divorce paperwork as validation. Even with that, sometimes the person is still sleeping with their ex on the side. All I can say is that we shouldn’t be so quick to judge because we don’t have all of the facts. I know the wife is hurt and I feel for her, but they’ll all have to deal with it.

I don’t know Swizz or Alicia’s side… They won’t even comment on the situation…. That’s mess up on Swizz part because he is married… Alicia should have known better than to do something like that. For that matter, I don’t like either one of them anymore….
