NBC Universal announced today that it will begin airing Bravo’s “Real Housewives” franchise five days a week in syndication beginning fall 2010.

Reruns of the series will air weekdays on Ch. 4 and, in addition, on NBC-owned stations in LA, Chicago, Philadelphia, Dallas, San Francisco, Washington, Miami, San Diego and Hartford, Ct., as well as Hearst-owned stations in Tampa, Sacramento and Baltimore.

However, FreddyO is reporting that because the ladies are on a reality show, they are not considered actors. They are are not in the actors union and are, therefore, not entitled to syndication checks. They only get paid while taping. This means that no matter how long the repeated episodes, the ladies won’t make a dime. If this is true, we hope it all works out.
