im 37 and will out do any 25 year old at my gym . its always the fools who dont workout that are on that juice s**t . eat right do your cardio and youll get results if your 15 or 85. i bet you eddie dosent way more than 180 hes just lean hes not big at all.

You don’t require hgh after 35. Just get off of the couch and work towards your results. Stop eating garbage in the name of convenience. Nine times out of ten if you get it out of a box you don’t know what is in it. If it comes in a bag it is probably bad. Fresh foods is the way and exercise. It is only impossible for you becuase you have told yourself it is impossible.

Mrvintage….You have been misled. I don’t take not ONE supplement. I barely use a multivitamin. I am 42. There is only ONE thing that helps keep the body right. That is eating right (ok two things) and exercising. ….Period. Its sad that baseball and media have people thinking that the only way to get muscular is to take supplements. I was blessed with good genetics. But you dont HAVE to take supplements. All you need is a serious mind and a gym….Thats it
