GALLERY: Mel B’s Body Transformation

It’s not that she’s a bodybuilder – she’d need a little more muscle mass for that – she just dropped her body fat a LOT through diet, exercise and possibly a few fat-burning supplements. Don’t expect her to stay that cut for a long period of time because it’s very hard to maintain. Fitness competitors and bodybuilders will change their diet and exercise routines to get ready for shows or competitions but that is not their “normal” look. Mel probably wanted to make a big splash for her birthday party and will end up going back to a slightly curvier but still toned figure which I think better suits her – she’s a little too thin in the “Bodybuilder” pics. Still, great incentive to mothers everywhere – with a little exercise and a proper eating plan, you can have kids and still keep it together! You go, Mel B.!!

her body is nice, great stomach. She is doing her thing, but why would she want to be a bdyblder, yuck. She is good the way she is.

One word “DAMN” .She’s the truth as far as the body is concerned.
