The singer spoke about her upcoming reality show “Still Standing”. When asked if her music would be different because of the effect her ex-boyfriends had on her versus the man she is with now, she replied:
It’s way different. I love being in love but I also like being loved right because I’ve seen both ways. The wrong way and the right way so I can appreciate him for being loved the right way and loving me the right way. But I have not forgotten the others so the album does reflect on them. It does talk specifically about them. It’s not so much “So Gone” kick down the door, slap the chick, as it use to be but I do encourage my women to stand up for themselves. Go Hard or go Home”
