Michael Jackson was set to perform a duet with son Prince, 12, during his upcoming London concerts, the singer’s former publicist reveals in the new issue of Us Weekly.
“He was planning on doing a short duet with his son, Prince,” Stuart Backerman tells Us. “He knew his kids would enjoy it.”
“He wanted his kids to see him perform at least once to get the vibe of the Michael Jackson mania,” says Backerman of Jackson, who hadn’t hit the stage since a series of 2001 tribute concerts in NYC.
