Apparently Tameka Foster has started up a new charitable foundation called ” The Lost Ones,” to help support the development of healthy self-images in young African American girls in their preteen and teen years. According to Freddy O:
“The foundation offers these “at risk” teens four-day retreats, seminars, beauty makeovers and motivational speakers.”
Tameka was spotted at yesterday’s Power Generation Conference, where she spoke about the non-for-profit organization. Although Tameka is a well known stylist by trade, she did take the time out of her presumably busy schedule to rep for a positive cause, which is always a good thing.
