PLAY OR SLAY? Beyonce’s “Ego” Video

Have you ever seen a Beyonce music video? Well, then you can probably predict the beginning, middle and end of “Ego.” The fascinating thing, however, is that despite the fact that almost all of Beyonce’s music videos are the same, and they’re not really THAT good when you really break them down, you still love one just as much as you loved its predecessors. So I guess I can say I don’t hate “Ego” – even though the routine is getting a bit old at this point. Still watched it from beginning to end! Let’s just say I drank the Kool-Aid.

since “single ladies” its always been like 1 sceen goin on, always black and white, always two girls by her. got enough of that in the last 4 videos. i know she got mad props for the others but ur suspose to try to bring something else to the table not the same old thing, even the same ol lookin outfits too, gurl get tha f**k outta here!!!!!!!

thank you ms_iice for making a smart comment. why are ppl tryin to be her if its so “boring”? ciaras love sex magic video rihannas s.o.s video julia blacks seven days video nicole scherzingers whatever u like video etc.. no one can pull off a new image like bee can! and idiots, the song is called ego. think about it. shes showing off in the video that she doesnt need color or men or hard dance moves or different sceneries or straight hair bcuz she gots a big ego!!!!!!!!!! makes sense now? shes tryin to show she gots a ego by showing she doesnt have to do anything in a video in order for her to get attention. i think the video suits the song very well, very smart bee! she even said the concept of the video is to be simple. get it now ppls? its not supposed to be a glamorous video but a “all in your face” typa video tryin to annoy all you folks aka haterz! i cant wait for her SMASH INTO YOU RADIO SWEET DREAMS THATS WHY YOURE BEAUTIFUL HELLO VIDEOPHONE SCARED OF LONELY VIDEOS!!!!!!!!!!! instead of releasing them all at one time, she wants to gradually release them this year bcuz after her tour shes taking a 2 year break so we wont be seeing anymore of her videos til late 2012!

YEAH….. Okay….. Well, I think it was just okay. I think she needs to take a break and think of another way to do video’s. This black n white thing with the swimsuits are getting old, and I me old. B, you my girl, but you need someone else to direct your video’s and teach you some more dance moves. Beyonce is my girl and I like some of her video’s, but not this one so much. It’s just like the rest of them. Try something new!

Beyonce is very talented, creative and blessed but this video is boring. I agree with what some of the others have said, the garments (bathing suit style) have gotten OLD. I too think she needs a REST.
Beyonce, girl take a break and just enjoy being married. Your fans will still love you. If not, then that’s their business.
