Mario Lopez: I’m Not The Mexican Ryan Seacrest

Actor Mario Lopez has expanded his hosting talents to Extra but doesn’t want to be compared to other television hosts. Lopez recently spoke to latina.com about Taboo (from The Black Eyed Peas) calling him the “Mexican Ryan Seacrest” and did not sound too happy:

“Well, Taboo is a very talented, great guy, so thanks for the compliment. But I’m looking to be the first Mario Lopez. I don’t follow in anybody’s footsteps.”
