Kelis Celebrates 30th Birthday In NYC
Kelis celebrated her birthday last night at the Hotel Griffou in New York surrounded by close friends and family. According to Paper Magazine, she showed off photos of her son Knight and was gifted with a book titled “The Big Penis” Book by one of her friends. The party was held at the underground labyrinth that is is peppered with murals of gigantic wolves and monks (the religious kind, not a nickname for an animal) on bikes. Kelis’ body sure looks good for someone that just had a baby!!!!
She Tweeted that she is spending today at the beach with loved ones and baby Knight.
Today is my birthday, I’m spending it on a beach with people I love, sangria and deep conditioner so my tan can progress with out my hair….Becoming crunchy like toast! Its the perfect day. I put my baby in the water and he was kicking his little legs so dang cute! I love him!

I dont understand some of the women who try an condone her asking for 75,000 a month for 1 child and to support a lifestyle of living off another one’s hard earned money. It doesnt make sense for you to get a divorce to cutt someone out of your life but not their wallet. It just proves regardless of what he did , didnt do or does that she was more in love with the “LIFESTYLE” than the love he may have givin her. If Nas was unfaithful like everyone seems to assume the reason,by law she has to provid for her filing would of been ” ADULTERY ” not “Irreconcilable Differences” and if she could prove adultery she would of gotten more money!!!! And in my opinion Kelis would of ran into a brick wall, remember she was the one who had the ” SEX TAPE ” that was going to get leaked, showing her having sex with another man other than NAS. And if your heart is truly broken like alot of the comments left by, in my humble opinion “BITTER” women, you look for closure not chase after his money. Thats not love thats GREED. 2 wrongs dont make it right, it doesnt make it even, It makes you just like them ,WRONG.

It is easy for everyone to commit on other peoples problem…. If all she wanted was money she could have kept her ass with Skate Boy P (Phrel), which in Nas so happily took her from. With the promise that he would never do the thing that Mr.Star Track did…. Only for him to move her away form her family talk her out of work so they could focus on have a family. Once he got her knock up than he switched the game up. Her reaction was more out hurt than money hungry! She could have been making what he was making if she would of stayed on track with her music, which was selling big in and especially outta the country, but she wanted to try to make it work and she finally got tried of the bull. If it was really all about money trust me were she was ( Phrel) is better than were she’s coming from (Nas) as far as business accounts and personal. We wont even talk about over head! She can’t make him feel the pain in his heart so she will hit him where it hurt him the most in his pocket. Let’s not forget the His 1st babies mom had to take him to court about child support about 6 months before him and Kelis got married because he refused to pay. So it’s better she get it all outta the way now than wait for him to decide if he feels like helping support his child!!! This is just my views!!! Pay back a B than you learn to live with it…

It’s funny. I read Nas first baby ma ma’s book and it seems to me that he picks women that depend on him and that’s the way it’s gone with Kelis. I’m not gonna say he got what he deserved, but cooler heads need to prevail when it comes to Keils and asking for money for herself rather than her child. It’s really sad.
