Nick And Mariah’s New Digs
Remember when Nick and Mariah were looking to buy that $125 million Beverly Hills mansion once ranked as the world’s most expensive estate? Well it look like they’ve downsized quite a bit.
According to the Real Estalker, the pop star just purchased a somewhat more modest mansion in Bel Air for about $7 million.

The private gated estate on 3 acres designed in the Hamptons style and originally built in 1950 is about 10,000-sq.-ft. with 6 bedrooms and 7 baths. The property features incredible 360-degree views and the renovated house has an “Aspen-style” great room, seven fireplaces, formal living and dining rooms, a library, media room, office, an eat in gourmet kitchen. The grounds boast three gated entrances, two motor courts, a huge rectangular swimming pool with a poolside pavilion, a large brick terrace, several lush lawns areas, a gazebo, and an Indoor racquetball court. The closing price is about $2.5 million less than the sellers were originally asking.
Are the Cannon’s planning on having a baby?
We hope that the couple plan to do some major renovating, as we are not impressed with this house.

that house sucks for 7 million….but i guess thats all you get in beverly hills for that…you can pay 800k and get better material in Atlanta lol……sad when the best room in the house is the Bathroom lol…

I think they are a beautiful couple, that look like they love each other and enjoy the same things. As for their home – it reflects my opinion of their relationship. It is beautiful too. Plus, I agree we should be happy for their blessing and not criticize – no matter where we or how we are living. And I know that today I can’t afford that home. I hope they do just what they want in their new home. They are Blessed!

Oh and another thing. I don’t think either of them bought it to impress any of us. They bought what they liked and what they wanted. So what they ‘downsized.’ Could YOU afford even their down grade? How about their guest house? I doubt it very highly, seeing as your ONLY an “ASSISTANT” editor…basically, you do all the work, while your BOSS [the EDITOR] takes ALL the credit while sitting at home or laying by the pool eating Bon Bon’s all damn day! Get a life and a much better paying job and stop hating cause your life sucks!
