LisaRaye Speaks On Chris Brown, Rihanna

LisaRaye called into Power 105FM this morning and spoke with Free about her pending divorce to Premier Misick as well as a few other interesting tidbits. During the interview, LisaRaye claimed that Dwayne Martin ruined sitcoms for her by wearing too many hats and trying to do too much. She also referred to her husband as a Hollywood groupie. When Free asked her about the Rihanna and Chris Drama she said the following:
When I heard it, I was like “Her too? She’s going through what I was going through”. To me, because I am older and they are younger, I have a different approach on it. I kind’ve understand the youth. When you result to body, that means you are feeling like you are losing something and that’s the last result. That’s your temporary insanity kicking in. Although, I don’t agree with a man putting his hands on a woman at all by no means at all. I believe they were in love, things got bad. They were not thinking of the outcome of all of this. He blew his endorsements which I don’t think is right! To me, you have to wait until he’s proven guilty. We don’t know what went on. They haven’t released a statement and that’s why it’s important to talk and that is why I’m starting to talk now myself because they need to know how to stand up and make a different. Domestic Violence is out there and it’s real.

you know, the world is really screwed up when people defend a man for beating a woman until she’s unconscious. I don’t give a flip if she did hit him first, he is supposed to be a fu*king man. Ok, to hit her back is one thing, but the beat the hell out of her until she’s unconscious….is CRAZY! The only difference between him and other men who beat women is that he’s famous. Women.. wake the hell up. I think he’s talented, but he needs some fu**ing help. And if she chooses to stay, she needs some boxing lessons. Get real, she may have started it, but he damn sure finished it- the wrong way. Screw being famous, right is right and wrong is wrong.Period.

you know this is one of those situations where who knows what Happened.i remember my Mom told me keep your hands to yourself.i have to be honest i was one of those women who would hit first.Then i met the man who would hit Back.i still got in a few licks but i also walked away with black eyes etc.i now have a Daughter who i told her the same thing she never Hit but she still met a man who did.he never hit her but the Baby-Mama always had a bruise.these are the thing Children have been subjected to.yes Chris may have done it as a reaction to a Action.what could he do.there is more to this than is being told.i wish both of them peace .i hope Chris gets back his fan base and endorsements.i hope Rihanna the best remember dont hit if you dont want to get hit back

I agree if Rihanna was so right then she would be talkin. That b!itch is so full of her own drama she dont know what the truth is. She need to take her ass bac* to Barbados and stay there. Like I said before if she was the average female it wouldnt be this big of a case. S**t it probably wouldnt be one at all. I agree that just because shes the woman dont mean she didnt start it. I will be glad when the news media and other sources concentrate on positive images of people who are really out to make a difference. Aren’t you tired of silly people always getting most of the publicity, but a student who lost his mother from cancer and still had the courage to go to the game to show his team support – which I might add – the team having compassion for him to shoot goals as a show of love toward their team member and his mother! That’s what I’m talking about. Russ Parr talk about that!
