Janet Jackson Named Executor Of MJ’s Estate

Michael Jackson’s sister Janet Jackson will have the task of untangling the King of Pop’s complicated finances.
According to the New York Post, Janet has been named the executor of his estate and will soon begin the long process of handling his assets, debts and what money, if any, her brother left behind.
A family friend tells the New York Post, “She’s in charge, she had the documents, she has control of his stuff.”

When Jackson died on Thursday, he left an enormous musical legacy and a back catalogue worth millions – but also huge debts, caused by his legendary and unrestrained spending sprees.

I am so sadden by all of this. At this time the world is mourning a super Icon and they won’t let him rest. I am so happy for Janet to take over things. They were very close and she will see right by all of his treasures. I wish the family well being and to remember that this is a man that was not loved by the world but by his family. The media is an evil den and as long as we feed them they will eat. My heart goes out to the children the most. Please find it in your hearts to surround those children with loving care and allow them to express their feelings. I lost my mother due to suicide. No one was there for her and I was too young to understand her illness or her pain. I also moved to Los Angeles with my father, stepmom and half brother. My father knew this family and is very sad also that Michael so suddenly was called to the Holy place. I bet now everyone is moonwalking and Michael is dancing day and night. No matter what they say You are still human and a very gentle kind man. You will be missed by millions but only really loved by few. I wish your family the best in helping keeping your visions alive. So sorry you had to leave not doing what you enjoyed doing. You are a true entertainer and no one can fill your shoes EVER!

I think Janet will do the right thing. She is the only one besides michael that was able to stand on her own and didn’t need her families help she will make sure that the kids will grow up safe,and not exploit them like there father and the other brothers. The rest of the family has been on CNN BET,MTV and everywhere else telling all they could about there brother and of course making a dollar.this is a time for mourning and you have family members talking about record companies. Your own son didn’t really want to have anything to do with you but he is the main one talking. It will be interesting to see how Janet handles this.I will pray for her.

I am sure she will have a lot of help with those children.They need a stable home where they do not have to be moved often and they can start their healing process with the best a Grandmother.She has a lot of family members who can help her.Also they are at the age where they can be a great help to her she needs them as well as they need her.Im sure they will do Ok.Lets all throw that positive energy out there and stop the negativity.

In this time of sorrow, there is no time for greed envy or hatred. I am happy his family took over like all families should. Take control and set things right. Even though rumors hurt it, keep your heads lifted and Jehovah will guide you all and may he heal all sorrows.

Yes…she is the best choice. I think she’s probably the only one that would handle things without trying to take advantage or benefit from it. Now they know they can’t leave those kids with an almost 80 year old woman…I just hate the circus that’s about to begin with that one.
