You got have a city house and a country house with land around it.
Your city house is for convenience to work and play.
Your country house with mad land is for Peace and Quiet.You can build what ever type of activities you want on it(once I get mine Im building a fresh race coarse)any thing you want.Also think about if you want to throw a farm on the land and what type of wild life occurs naturally there(recession food shortage what are they?).
