You’ll need A dish towel, an exercise ball and a pair of light (3- to 5-pound) dumbbells

Lie facedown with midsection on ball, hands on sides of ball, legs extended, toes on floor. Extend right arm and lift left leg until you engage butt (as shown). Pause; switch sides. Do 12 reps.

Stand on right leg, hands behind head. Tilt torso forward, lifting bent left leg (as shown). Return to upright; twist torso right (left leg off floor). Repeat sequence on opposite side, twisting left, for one rep. Do 10 reps. Switch legs; repeat.
