Unemployment On The Rise; Should Women Pay?
Studies show that unemployment has reached a 25 year high, and with so many people unemployed or under-employed, we are asking should women start to pay for dates? If we look at dating traditionally, then it would be a form of courtship. That means that single people are dating to eventually find the one to marry and that requires a partnership. Partnerships are what we are working on down the road by dating now, so we are all trying to put our best foot forward–right?
Men that do not have jobs can not afford to date and that is because society has an expectation that they will pay. However, women that do not have jobs can afford to date because it is not an expectation that we pay but now that the economy has gotten so ruff we should start. He can not always bare all of the burden of paying for the dating/entertaining so here are the guideline for when you should make sure that you have your purse handy:
1) 3:1 ratio: After he has paid three times you pay once. And you pay for the whole date like he did, that goes for everything including the tip.
2) When you are visiting his home: This is old school but if your guy says that he will be cooking dinner at his house then you bring something. The dessert, a bottle of wine or the new Jay-Z CD, never show up empty handed–not a good look!
3) His birthday or promotion at his job: This may sound obvious, but if you ask him what he wants for his birthday, and he says dinner then you should pay for it. He is just a passenger, you are the driver it’s your gift.

What about the Major Demographic of young black men as proposed to women that would like 2 have A better yet living a better lifestyle…high crime rates…unemployment…false sense of having a monetary system of value with “federal reserve notes” this is MONOPOLY MONEY!! The public of America has consumed an issue and helps Corporate Welfare enslave the masses(google “esoteric agenda” & visit natural-person.com)
Everyone is following(sheep N2 slaughter)…and noone is leading….we are in disarray financially, dealing with our social ills and the ones predicated upon us….rent…lights…gas…other miscellaneous issues rather than worrying about being “”Grown & Sexy”" and if you are, this presents more of a problem within itself because 2 gain this “stature” what will A young man/woman do 2 attain this appearance and gain an edge 2 indulge a male/female 2 engadge or interact in a way that he/she has 2 feel WORTHY to SOCIALLY blend in with??? commit crimes? unemployment 4 Black Men alone is staggering and this is not because they do not want 2 work…A black woman has A lesser outlet 2 deal with it because 2 DIVIDE AND CONQUER you have been and will be in A higher percentage bracket vs men as far as school and employment(black women will be hired faster than their male counterparts), and the ones that don’t choose 2 pay 2 play “a form of prostitution” along with Stripperism(Dancer?)one of my ‘ism’….now the education factor is an idealogy…It started as just the plain old HUMAN right 2 educate and inform oneself or assist one in achieving this….we now have 2 deal with the curriculum of dummying down edgumacation that has the PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEM shadowed by it’s Corporate counterparts….your child will be stygmatized in this society throughout and after his educational years…Black men KNOW that this sh1t is not 4 our progression(please don’t say U have 2 start somewhere or any other n1gg3rish cliche’s)
Economically we have been the hole holding the totem pole..and this is designed that way.
I want you all to take note of all the wealthy black folk in America (Entertainers, Athletes) the wealth proposed altogether is averaged out 2 enhance our Social Ills this Country has imposed upon us Since they brought and Stole you in Africa….so I ask…WHERE IS OUR NATIONAL AGENDA TO TAKE OUR ECONOMIC ORDEAL AND ELEVATE IT THROUGH PROGRAMS INSPIRED BY US???? and not the fuking government because you are in your situation thanx 2 the Government and the Federal Reserve.. and America killin your BLACK Leaders and Killing your Leadership qualities bamboozling you in2 thinkin you need A BLACK LEADER and not standin up and UPRISING 4 YOUR NATURAL GOD GIVING RIGHTS…this God’s Land when did you have 2 start PAYING TAXES ON LAND YOU OWN??and you don’t even own shlt..the land will never be giving away freely nor will your FREEDOM…they will KILL you 2 keep the status quo..WHAT WILL YOU DO

This is interesting, I just read this article and it seems that there is only one person that has a comment. I am assuming that a lot of women on here doesn’t agree with the notion of the writer. My assumptions may be wrong (and I hope they are), but I guess a lot of the women still want the guy to pay for everything, even if he is broke..lol. I will agree that women should pay, but it takes a certain kind of women who is not all about traditions and understand the reality of things. That is just my two cents on this!!

there’s nothing wrong with going dutch frankly i prefer it because then im not left feeling like i can’t hold my own when it comes to going out with a guy i find absolutely nothing wrong with paying for both you and your guys meal every once and awhile it shows you are strong and can carry your own it also shows if you really like that person that the feeling is mutal i feel that a guy can’t do nothing but have the upmost respect for a woman who’s in control of her finances as well as her life so i think in my opinion that ladies dnt feel used or stingy sometimes offer to pay for dinner movies etc… wherever it is you guys may go because if he can spend his hard earn money on you then why not do the same for him sometimes it’s not all about us sometimes ladies remember there’s no I in t.e.a.m.
