Fall Fashion Preview: Accessory Trends

There is quite a variety of accessories this year. For jewelry both silver and gold are equally as popular, with a few other metals making appearances. Also, some pieces are extremely elaborate, while some stay simplistic.

Necklaces: Bib necklaces are in. These are very elaborate with detailing including beading, sequins, and more.

Bracelets: These can be either simple bangles or intricate bracelets involving nature. It seems like anything goes for bracelets this season.

Rings: These stay very simple, the least complicated the better.

Handbags: Clutches seem to be widely popular, while medium sized handbags make a comeback, also. Bags are adorned with studs, color, bows, and more.

Belts: These follow handbags in staying medium in size. No longer popular are the wide belts or skinny belts of the past two years. This year it is all about the medium sized.

Another item growing in popularity are gloves. These can be found in just past wrist length driving gloves, most often found in leather.

Look for pieces that could be used as weapons, are nature inspired, or are very detailed and you are sure to be leading the pack this autumn/winter. Structured and very futuristic pieces should be popular, so get used to metal!
