GLAM OR GROSS? Lynn’s Derby Style

The Kentucky Derby maybe a horserace, but we all know it’s really all about the dresses, mint juleps, and glamorous hats. But did actress Lynn Whitfield maybe take that a little TOO literally?

Whatever’s resting on her head is less of a hat and more of…some kind of exploding headpiece. It also matches her shoes. But does it match her peacock dress? In my opinion, this is one outfit that just tried way too hard. Besides, it’s the Kentucky Derby – it’s hot outside! She was probably burning up in that material.

But kudos to her for looking like that at her age.
