Well, Barack did say that if a movie was ever made about him, he’d like Will Smith to fulfill the lead role, but does that mean that Will is fit to venture into politics, even off-camera?

His wife Jada Pinkett Smith has revealed that her actor husband is seriously considering swapping the big screen for politics and has his eye on one day making it all the way to the White House.

“Will is thinking about going into politics,” Jada said. “He once said he could imagine becoming a US president. He wasn’t joking, he was quite serious about it.”

But, don’t think that Jada is completely on-board just yet. On becoming the First Lady, she said, “It’s just not for me.”

However, Jada — who raises two children, 11-year-old Jaden and nine-year-old Willow, with Will — does enjoy engaging in politics. She wants the education system in the US reformed and is prepared to campaign for change.

“Will and I want to leave traces on this planet – and with that I mean more important traces than just films,” she said.

The upcoming sequel to superhero comedy Hancock has been put on hold to allow Will Smith to spend more time with his family, according to director Peter Berg.

The moviemaker recently confirmed Smith and his co-star Charlize Theron will both reprise their roles in a follow-up to the hit 2008 movie.

However, Berg admits they have put plans for the second film back because the superstar actor is taking a break from movies to enjoy life with his wife, Jada, and help his son, Jayden, tackle a starring role in the new Karate Kid picture. Berg is adamant Hancock 2 will get made, but it may take longer than first expected.

He tells The Latino Review, “It’s being written now and it’s an issue of everybody involved in Hancock. There are so many cooks in that particular kitchen that it’s so busy and Will has kind of taken time off to be with his kids and his kids are now making all kinds of films. There are so many people involved in that, from Will to his (business) partner James Lassiter to Michael Mann, myself and to get us all in the same room just like this where we can all talk and then agree on anything, you’ve never met a group of people that have a harder time agreeing on anything. It’s like the Israeli peace process times a thousand how tough it is to resolve. I think it’ll happen though. We just have to kind of get in the same room for some consistency.” (from Starpulse)

Jada Says Sex Keeps Her Marriage Alive

Jay-Z, Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith have signed on as producers of the new Broadway musical “Fela!” and will attend the show’s opening night at the Eugene O’Neill Theater next Monday, Nov. 23, a publicist for the production said.

The three stars are among the investors in the play about the life of Nigerian singer/activist Fela Anikulapo Kuti.

Tony Award winner Bill T. Jones choreographs and directs “Fela” using the pioneering Afro-Beat style of music Kuti created with his Black-Panther inspired group, Africa 70. Kuti was one of Africa’s most well known musicians and activists and was eventually imprisoned and released by the Nigerian government on a currency smuggling charge. The singer died in 1997 due to complications from AIDS.

Though the three megastars artistic involvement in the musical is bound to be minimal, given that the show is already in previews and had a critically acclaimed run Off Broadway last year, but their presence and likelihood of promotion is bound to raise the plays public profile.

Andy asked Tyson “What man would he want to be with?” Tyson responded by saying “Well I’m not gay.” Andy then said “Well I know but if you were, what man would you be with?” Tyson then went for it hook line and sinker and said ” It would have to be Barack Obama, and I would want to be on top” he continued ….”well who did you think I was gonna say? Will Smith?? There is just something about Barack Obama.”

Really Tyson!!!!! Of course we ladies think the President is pretty hot, but did you have to go there???

“You want people to talk about you,……because once they stop talking about you that’s when you’re really in trouble!” She continues, “I’m happy to have people talk about all the craziness they want to talk about, whether it’s things like every year we’re getting divorced or we’re an open family or Will’s gay, or I’m gay.”
