I reported earlier that Ray J was almost physically removed by security from the Billboard Music Awards last night, after being seated near Whitney Houston’s family, well Pat is telling her side of the story, and how ish went down.

Pat explained that she had possession of six tickets for seats near the front of the stage at the Billboard Music Awards Show. Sitting in those seats were, Bobbi Kristina, her boyfriend Nick, a friend and two seat-fillers. At some point, Ray J moved from his original location to an open seat near Bobbi Kristina.

The production staff saw Ray J move and asked him to please return to his original seat. We’re told Ray J refused. Hotel staff/security witnessed Ray J’s refusal and stepped-in to ask him to return to his seat. Ray J again reportedly refused. After multiple attempts to get Ray J to return to his seat with no success, the Las Vegas police were called by production staff to remove Ray J. Upon their arrival, Pat Houston was made aware of the situation, and told her security to inform the Police to “Stand-down” and that as the ticket holder, she would allow Ray J to remain in the seat.

Pat did not want Ray J removed and says all claims are completely FALSE, telling the site, “I’m a woman of order and dignity, I would have not had anything to do with that”

And there you have it!

Minutes before the tribute to Whitney began, Ray J was seated next to the Houston family. Pat Houston, who believes that Ray J was a bad influence on Whitney, demanded her security remove Ray J from his seat but he refused to budge.

Pat then summoned hotel security, along with several uniformed officers to physically remove Ray J.

Security warned Pat that it was about to get physical and if the drama were to be caught on video  it would not be a good look. Sources say Pat had a change of heart and Ray J got to keep his seat.

Even though he got to keep his seat, he told his people: “Pat ruined what was a great opportunity to honor the woman who I loved.”

“I was hurt. I was hurt … Because, you know, me being off of narcotics for the last seven years — I felt that she was, you know, I didn’t know she was struggling with it still. But at the same time, you know– listen, it’s a hard fight,” Brown told Lauer. “It’s a hard fight to, you know, maintain sobriety that way.” Brown goes on to say, ”From what I feel and you know, how I saw her, the last time I saw her, it had to be that particular day. You know, it had to be that one, because that’s all it takes … One hit, you know, and you know, it could definitely take your life away from you. And, unfortunately, that was it.”

Even though Brown has been off drugs for seven years, he’s still struggling with alcohol abuse. Just last week, Brown faced DUI charges after being arrested for driving drunk. Brown will reportedly undergo a 90-day alcohol education course as well as three years of informal probation as part of his sentence.

The report, released Wednesday, also said Houston was found face down in her Beverly Hilton bathtub on Feb. 11. The NY Daily News is also reporting that the water temperature was 93.5 degrees more than five hours after her death, and the singer had scars from breast implants and died wearing a brown wig “tightly attached to the hair.”

The full report said the Grammy-winning singer had a “bloody purge coming from her nose” after she was removed from the bathtub by her assistant and a bodyguard.

Cissy who refused to sit down with Oprah Winfrey, opened up about her feelings surrounding her 48-year-old daughter’s death, which was a result of an accidental drowning and the effects of heart disease and cocaine use.

“She accomplished a whole lot in the short time that she had here,” says Cissy, a Grammy-winning gospel singer. “I know I did the best I could. I don’t blame myself. I know I did the best I could for everything.

Whitney’s final movie, “Sparkle,” will hit theaters Aug. 17.

The trailer for Whitney Houston’s final film debuted on NBC’s “Today” show Monday, giving her fans a glimpse of the big-screen performance that would be the superstar’s last.

The remake of the 1976 Supremes-inspired flick, is due to hit theaters in August, and marks Houston’s first return to movie acting in 16 years. In the film, Whitney plays the mother of Jordin Sparks’ character, a singer who never quite made it to the big time.

Official documents show one of the items police recovered was “white, powdery remnants” which was tested and it is cocaine.

Yesterday RadarOnline reported that police wanted to talk to Houston’s “associate” Raffles Van Exel after he made claims he cleared the singer’s hotel room before police arrived to the death scene. But now that’s apparently on hold because they’re convinced it wasn’t removed.

Cocaine was listed as a contributory factor in 48-year-old Houston’s February 11th death. The official cause of death was accidental drowning after she was found dead in the bathtub.

HollywoodStreetKing is reporting that the man filing the affidavit lives outside the U.S. and has spoken with the authorities prior to Whitney’s death, but the claims where “swept under the rug.” Now that Whitney’s cause of death has been revealed, there’s been more questions and less answers. Whitney’s toxicology report claims that the fallen star was using cocaine right up until moments before her death. With other factors weighing in on Whitney’s death, like an accidental drowning, it seems that drugs were the culprit. Other than cocaine, Xanax, Benadryl, muscle relaxers and marijuana was found in her system as well.

HollywoodStreetKing source exclusively revealed:

“Raffles always enters the country illegally. The first time he was deported was 13 years ago after being arrested in Chicago for shoplifting. Raffles has been deported at least 6 times now.

Raffles comes into your life when your down. He latched onto Michael during the molestation trial. He got Whitney during her depression.

Raffles served no purpose except being the drug supplier in these celebrity camps which he infiltrated with lies. Pat and Gary new what Raffles’ role was, yet they still allowed him to remove all evidence from the room before paramedics and police arrived.

Pat and Gary also new that Raffles had taken and sold the photos (gurney and tub) to the tabloids well before they invited him to fly on Tyler Perry’s private jet as Whitney’s body was flown home.

Raffles was on SBS6 over here in Holland, he told the reporter that he was the “only” person authorized to clean all the drugs and paraphernalia out of the room.I met Raffles through a friend, his stories were always so grandiose most people didn’t believe him. Then he would have pictures of himself with all these big American celebrities. So people figured some of what he said must be true.

A Dutch singer named Connie was conned by Raffles several years ago after Raffles told her he arranged for her to sing at the birthday party for then president G.W. Bush.  It never happened.”

If Raffles is still in the States, he’s being sought after by the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement department (ICE). They should make him serve out a healthy prison sentence before deporting him again. Raffles is a complete and utter creep. How does a man attach himself to A-listers so easily? Photos of Whitney Houston on a gurney, covered with a white sheet being taken out of the Beverly Hilton Hotel that were sold to TMZ, turned out to be photos of Bobbi Kristina on a gurney covered in white sheets so that she wouldn’t be seen. Van Exel was the only person who would have had that type of access to snap the shot. The only other people around close family and Kristen Foster (Whitney’s publicist).

2. TMZ also posted photos of Whitney’s food tray, bathtub and food cart that are said to be taken by van Exel. Forbes is reporting that only three people had access at that point–Patricia Houston (Whitney’s manager and sister-in-law), Gary Houston (Whitney’s brother) and van Exel, who is a friend of Patricia.

3. Whitney’s not the first celebrity that van Exel’s attached himself to. In the past, he’s claimed to be Chaka Khan’s manager, has a connection to sketchy celeb O.J. Simpson and the con artist even labels himself George Benson’s son. Benson has since served van Exel with a cease and desist from using the Benson name.

Yesterday we found out the cause of Whitney Houston’s death and Geraldo tweeted us a reminder that once a junkie, always a junkie. Not that this is necessarily false, but there should be a level of sensitivity and respect that he should have not to stand on his soapbox and preach a lesson that no one asked to be taught. “Who got her coke anyway?” Could he be more insensitive?

Yeah, he could. The Trayvon Martin tragedy is still a bubbling topic of discussion in pop culture. His parents still shed tears every night over their fallen son and Geraldo think it’s cool to hop on Twitter and explain how Trayvon’s hoodie caused his death as much as Zimmerman’s gun did. Seriously Geraldo?

Yes parents of color have to teach their kids a unique lesson on how to present themselves in public, especially around authority, but it’s not right to say that simply because Trayvon wore a hoodie, he was killed. It almost justifies it. Smh., Geraldo must be trying to promote something because there’s no other reason for his reckless tweets.

The singer, 48, was also found to have cocaine in her system at the time of her death. Contributing factors of her death included heart disease and cocaine use.

Investigators found no evidence of cocaine in the hotel room, but sources say a person who is connected to Whitney and was with her the day she died told the website, an individual removed all traces of cocaine from the room before authorities arrived.

The Coroner’s Office says Whitney used cocaine “immediately prior to her collapse.” Investigators who arrived on scene found no traces of cocaine or any other illegal substance.

While I am all about Bobbi Kris’ happiness, I don’t think it should come at the price of being publicly incestuous. His company–Raffles Entertainment–then released this statement void of an apology or a stitch of remorse.

Gary Houston’s ex-wife, Monique Houston appeared on Dr. Drew to talk about her disdain of Bobbi Kris’ interview with Oprah and ended up going in on her ex-husband’s former drug abuse problems during their marriage. Seriously? Whitney is gone. I wish these media outlets would stop trying to get interviews with any and everyone semi-close to her to make it news.

“Ray J is obviously absolutely devastated by the loss of Whitney, who he says was the love of his life,” a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com. “Even though a month has passed since she died, Ray still can’t believe that Whitney is gone. He has saved voice mail messages on his cell phone from her that he has been listening to. His sister Brandy has urged him to go to counseling to deal with this loss, and he has finally agreed.

“Ray is just numb and he needs to be able to start to deal with these feelings. Brandy and her brother are extremely close, and she has been a rock for him in the weeks since Whitney died. However, Brandy is also dealing with a huge loss, as she worked with Whitney professionally, and loved her like an older sister. Brandy recognizes that she can only help her brother so much. Ray has promised Brandy he will see someone, however, knowing how take charge Brandy is, she will probably find a mental health professional and make the arrangements for him.”

“Ray has told his family he doesn’t know if he will ever be able to listen to Whitney’s version of I Will Always Love You ever again,” the source says. “He is surrounded by his family and just trying to get through the pain.
