<p>Y-E-S, I said it, I called her a “B” right to her face. <span id="more-867142"></span>I leveled my gaze, tapped her on the shoulder and gave her the once over. Sister- said I, it’s been a long day but I just have to say, I know you’re a member- you’re a B-O-M-B-S-H-E-L-L.</p>
<p>When was the last time that another woman gave you a compliment? For me, that’s rule number one of being a bombshell. We are N-O-T intimidated by another woman’s fierceness. All my girls are feline femme fatales; the rest got fired in 2009. The word of the day is B-O-L-D all bombshells are familiar with it. It takes style, skill and courage to set yourself a part from “the crowd” a.k.a. the Beyonce Betas that are-the next woman.</p>
<p>In the words of the 80’s funk band Klymaxx, “don’t make me come down to your level and be a BW- a basic woman”. Ladies, it’s time to amplify your B-O-L-D factor from basic to bombshell. Here are some adjustments- any thoughts?</p>

As her mom I would like to see my daughter healthy but if she didn’t lose weight that’s not a problem either – it runs in our family.&#8221; </em></p></blockquote>
<p>In fact, they &#8220;have relatives that are 80-years-old who are too heavy&#8221; so &#8220;it works in different ways for different folks.&#8221;</p>

<p>But sources say Andre was spotted leaving a medical building where he  went to receive help in shedding some pounds.</p>
<p>The once-slender  fashionisto has always been public about his struggles with weight and  even appeared on Oprah in 2005 seeking a weight intervention from his  peers, where he explained:</p>
<blockquote><p><em>&#8220;I started noticing my weight  gain around 1995 but I didn&#8217;t do much  about it.&#8221;</em></p></blockquote>
<p>In 2003,  Andre says his weight spiraled out of control.</p>

<p>Kourtney Kardashian, the eldest of the clan, is on the cover of the latest issue of OK! magazine giving what seems to be an exclusive interview about losing a bunch of weight after having her first child &#8211; a son, born only 6 weeks ago. <span id="more-769752"></span></p>
<p>But Kardashian, 30, said she <em>never </em>sat down for any interview.</p>
<p>And even worse, she says the body isn&#8217;t hers.</p>
<p>She tweeted:</p>

<p>She then also told Women&#8217;s Wear Daily that the magazine &#8220;doctored and Photoshopped my body to make it look like I had lost all the weight, which I have not.&#8221;</p>
<p>Women&#8217;s Wear Daily also pointed out that the photo used on the OK! cover was from an entirely different photo shoot done for Life &amp; Style. In addition to completely erasing her still-protruding after-birth belly, they changed the color of her dress, as well as lengthened it.</p>

<p>A tapeworm isn&#8217;t something you eat, but instead it is ingested. It attaches to your intestines, will grow inside the digestive tract, and feeds on a great amount of the same calories you consume.</p>
<p>According to Diet Review, “[The Tapeworm] secretes proteins in our intestinal tract that make our digestion of food much less efficient. A less efficient digestive systems means that you can consume more calories through your food since your “body guest” is also noshing on them for his own growth purposes. Some scientists estimate that those infected with a single tapeworm can lose up to one or two pounds each week.”</p>
<p>Once the target weight loss is reached, an antibiotic is given and the tapeworm is killed and expelled.</p>
<p>Importing or selling tapeworms in the U.S. is illegal. Tapeworms though, do occur in undercooked beef or raw meat dishes which are prone to contamination.</p>
<p>Granted, this is a virtual dieter&#8217;s dream: eat whatever you want and lose weight, but is it worth it?</p>

<p>The Chugay Tongue Patch is a new weight-loss treatment that involves a postage-stamp-sized piece of mesh being surgically attached to your tongue in order to make chewing solid foods more difficult and painful. The reversible procedure takes less than an hour, and intends to lessen your overall food consumption. The patch remains in your mouth for a month, serving as a daily reminder. During that time, your nutritional needs are filled by a liquid diet.</p>
<p>The website claims that &#8220;recovery is rapid; and patients are typically able to return to work the following day.&#8221;</p>
<p>The procedure has supposedly become quite popular in Southern California, with 10 people already having undergone it.</p>

In fact, you are actually weakening and tearing down your muscles while you workout. That day of recovery time is when they grow stronger. Stephanie suggests that &#8220;After a tough weight training day, you should give yourself at least 24 hours until your next workout. You can give it your best, and your body will thank you for it. The results are in the recovery!&#8221; That&#8217;s why it&#8217;s good to rotate between weight training and cardiocardio days- your muscles get to recover from your tough weight days while you work on burning calories on your days.</p>

<p>But possibly the best benefit to starting your workout week on a Monday&#8230; You get it over with! While fitness can be a lifestyle, it doesn&#8217;t have to be your life.
