Last Saturday was Cinco’s birthday and Tameka held a party for him at her business. The party was held from 3pm-6pm and Usher was scheduled to pick up Cinco at 6pm and keep him until 8pm, however, when he arrived at 6:02 pm the party was still in full swing and Cinco hadn’t even opened his gifts. Instead of acting like a mature co-parent and coming inside to wait while his son finished celebrating with his guests, Usher refused to come inside and demanded Tameka bring Cinco to him.

A number of allegations are made against Usher in the legal documents. Tameka claims Usher should seek her permission before taking their kids out of the state, but has consistently failed to do that.

She also alleges they are supposed to agree before hiring a nanny, but he has not approached her before doing so. Usher is apparently meant to ask her to care for the boys if he is ‘away for more than eight’ hours, with Tameka claiming that hasn’t always happened.

Tameka also claims Usher closed her Saks 5th Avenue credit card – which he specifically said he wouldn’t do – and now she can no longer take advantage of the ‘special benefits’ the card offers.’

According to the docs, Usher also promised to pay $5k per month so Tameka could hire her own nanny for the kids – but he hasn’t paid in months, and now owes $34,000 worth of payments.’

She is also alleging Usher’s income has increased after their split, meaning she should get more child support from him.

A court hearing is scheduled to take place tomorrow.

We get it Usher. You were unhappy in your marriage with her. We know you two were not a good fit. We also have witnessed Tameka and her antics for ourselves.  But you did have two sons with her. Two sons who one day will be able to read everything that you ever said about their Mother. For that reason, I think that Usher should keep quiet. Stop discussing the relationship and please for the love of God, stop discussing the divorce.

It is the interviewer’s responsibility to pry and to dig into the celebrities personal life. It is the celebrities role to know when to shut up and not invite everyone into their personal lives. Especially if they become easily insulted by the opinions of others as we have seen from Usher’s behavior in the past in regards to his marriage. We all remember the rant on MTV TRL where he suddenly felt the need to defend his wife from the bloggers and opinions of others. Well, things have drastically changed since then. My advice to Usher is to keep it quiet about his wife from here on out. It is the safest direction for him and his two sons.

In the interview Usher refrains from bashing his notorious ex-wife:

“I appreciate the relationship for what it was,” he says. “Even though it didn’t work out, I’m glad we got together. I love her as the mother of my children; we just couldn’t be married.”

So what went wrong? Usher says that shortly after the birth of their second child, he and Foster started to disagree over everything from parenting style to his busy schedule.

“We’re two different people,” he says, “and we have two different goals. It just was never going to work out 100 percent.”

On his sons personalities:

“Usher [V] is always in everything,” he says. “He’s an instigator. He’s the one who leads his brother astray. I was like that when I was his age.”

Naviyd is more of a follower, doing whatever his big brother does. “So if one gets in trouble, the other one does, too,” says Usher. “They both have a lot of energy. They can wear me out.”

Fortunately, Usher has a babysitter nearby – his mom, Jonetta Patton, lives around the corner. “She spoils them,” Usher says with a sigh. “She lets them do everything that she wouldn’t let me do. No, I don’t know. I’m not anticipating it. I’m not working toward it. But it’s [also] not a closed chapter. I’m not saying that I’m not open for discussion on it, but it’s not something I’m working on.

If he came back tomorrow, would you take him back?

I don’t know. I’ve closed the chapter of having Usher as my mate. Now am I willing to reopen it? I can’t say. Do I still love him? I love him very much and you marry someone with the intent of sitting in a rocker with the person. I have sons that look just like him, so I have to deal with him pretty much every day.

Just to clear up a rumor you’ve dodged in the past – did you key Usher’s car last October?

No! From what I heard, there is supposed to be a truck that he had and the truck was registered to me. It was my truck, but the truck didn’t get keyed. I don’t know what happened with that. That’s why he didn’t sound very considered in the [911] phone call. I’m not saying his car didn’t get keyed, I’m just saying I don’t know who did it. I don’t know what that [911 call] was about. I laughed at [Usher] so hard when I heard [the audio] and said ‘You sound so crazy.’ He’s embarrassed by it.”

They even have  a pic (shown above) taken nearly 10 years ago that shows Grace (wearing red) playing with Tameka’s son, who is now 11 years old (Tameka stands to the right). Here’s what they found out:

This photo which was taken BEFORE either woman became involved with the R&B singer, but it shows that Tameka was SO CLOSE with Grace that she allowed her to watch her children.

Usher made a guest appearance on the ABC’s ‘Good Morning America’ today. The R&B superstar was interviewed by Robin Roberts and discussed his divorce from Tameka Foster, Justin Bieber and the death of his mentor, Michael Jackson. Usher also revealed why he no longer employs his mother as his manager.

We recently told you about the drama that went down between Tameka Foster and her publicist Rochelle Brown, where Tameka accused her of stealing clothes. Well today ATL’s celebrity chef D’Andre McCarter reached out to us to tell us about his drama with Ms.Brown.

Here’s what went down:

The Launch Party for The Real Private Chefs of The World was scheduled for October 17, 2009 but was eventually cancelled due  to the un-professionalism of Rochelle Brown and The V Firm PR after a electronic deposit was made into the account of Ms. Rochelle Brown and The V Firm PR  all communications stopped. Similar to Ms. Foster after many attempts to contact Ms. Brown she would not answer her phone, respond to texts or emails it was like she basically disappeared off the face of the earth with the deposit. Several weeks before the event  Ms. Brown could not be reached for a progress report or would not contact Chef D’Andre to let him know how funds were allocated in preparations for his event. The event date came and went and still with no communication from Ms. Brown it wasn’t until the attorney for The Real Private Chefs of The World  contacted Ms. Brown were they able to get a response. As soon as the county in which Rochelle Brown and The V Firm PR is set up to do business in can be determined a civil suit will be pursued.

Former celebrity stylist and Usher’s wife Tameka Foster is looking for a new publicist after their very public blow up in Dallas this weekend.According to close friends of Atlanta publicist Rochelle Brown of The V Firm PR, Tameka Foster threatened Brown and accused her of stealing $20,000 worth of clothes in what turned out to be a major misunderstanding.

Here’s what we found out from sandrarose.com:

Foster and Brown went to Dallas, Texas together to attend the NBA All Star festivities this past weekend. The ladies went out on Saturday night and then Brown decided to stay in Foster’s room at the luxurious boutique hotel ZaZa.

On Sunday morning, the ladies prepared to fly back to Atlanta. A bellman placed Foster’s bags in Brown’s rental car. Everything went down hill from there.

According to friends, Foster and Brown’s plan was to eat brunch at the Ritz Carlton hotel before leaving for the airport. But at the last minute, Brown had errands to run. So she took off on her errands with Foster’s bags in the car.

Feeling some kind of way about eating by herself on Valentine’s Day (and because Usher was in Dallas with another woman), Foster began bombarding Brown’s cell phone with text messages, basically annoying the young publicist about returning to the hotel to eat with her.

When Brown refused to return her calls or texts, Foster called Usher’s mom Jonetta and her other influential friends in Atlanta in an attempt to ruin the publicist’s good name. These people, who only heard Tameka’s side of the story, called Brown asking why she was stealing Foster’s luggage and informing her that Foster was about to call the police.

When Brown agreed to return to the hotel, Foster and a female employee of Magic Johnson’s sat in wait for her across the street from the Ritz

A huge blow up occurred when Brown pulled into the lot. Foster — and Johnson’s employee — jumped out of their car and confronted Brown. Foster went ballistic accusing Brown of being a scam artist and a thief. At that point, Foster threatened Brown’s life — like she always does when she doesn’t get her way.

Tameka Foster must have just watched Usher’s E! ‘True Hollywood Story’ because she has a lot to say!

She took to her Twitter account to express her feelings about the documentary-style special. In addition to calling the show “b.s.,” she claims Usher’s mother “directed” it, and that it was unfair for her to be portrayed as “pregnant and tipsy,” while his other girlfriends we’re seen as “shiny and cutesy.”

She also claims the show got their age difference wrong – it’s 7 years, not 11.

HB recently sat down with Tameka Foster.  In Part 1 you read her thoughts on the media, how she got her start in the industry and her charity “Lost Ones.”  Below,  Tameka discusses marriage, divorce and shares style tips.

We have a lot of women that read our site, and most of our readers are working on a budget. Everyone is working on a budget. Can you share some of your style tips with our readers? How to get a certain look for less than a hundred dollars? How to have that one signature item?

Tameka: They are staple [items] of course. You shouldn’t follow too many trends if you’re really on a small budget. Get staples that are really inexpensive places like H&M and Forever 21 and Wet Seal and even Target that have fashionable pieces that you can get for your wardrobe like if you’re going for a corporate style, you can get a basic black skirt, and they sell them in every store. A lot of what makes clothes look better is the way they fit. It’s all about the fit. If you can get a good person to alter them [clothes] for you, I mean you can get alterations at your local dry cleaners, if they’re a person that works on staff, you can have things customized to fit your body better.

HB: We’ll definitely share that with our readers.

HB: Do you think you’ll every get married again?

Tameka: I would love to, and I am in love with the idea of love, so no I’m not ‘anti-love’ or anything, so yea I’d be open for it.

HB: So what do you look for in a man?

Tameka: Loyalty. Like most women do. Yea, loyalty. Like when I say loyalty I don’t mean it to be confused with fidelity. Loyalty means you’re loyal to whatever it is that you believe in. A person that’s loyal in their beliefs and they stand firm regardless whatever opposition. I could see myself being with an activist or some kind of… someone for a cause, right. Yes, someone for a cause and they’re passionate about and they’re loyal to it no matter even if I said ‘I don’t believe in it’ they have a mission and a goal with their cause. So loyalty is job one I’d say.

HB: I know most women’s divorces aren’t as publicized as yours, is there any advice you can give women that are going through such a difficult time?

Tameka: I would tell them all to stay prayerful. I don’t want to sound cliché-ish in saying so, but it’s what I found to be the most consoling thing. Stay prayerful, and to ask God for direction because whatever they’re going through, especially if it’s regarding your relationship, if you were meant to be, then God would fix it. And if it’s not meant to be, then He may be clearing the doorway for who should be there, you know? I so agree with you. It’s easier said then done. When you’re going through it, a lot of people would be like ‘get out of here lady’ when you’re going through, but that’s just the truth.

We recently told you about Tameka Foster beefin’ with a Canadian blogger. Well it turns out it was all a hoax.  It seems like Tameka has been getting the short end of the stick during her much-publicized divorce from singer Usher.

We have proof that Tameka was way too busy handling her business to stalk said blogger. A rep for Tameka Foster Raymond issued the following statement:

“Unfortunately for these hoaxers they neglected to check Tameka’s itinerary on Saturday before pulling this prank. She was in fact at a photo shoot all day, then preparing for The Lost Ones Event that evening. From what I can surmise the first part of this fraudulent audio where Tameka states her name was taken from her recent appearance on the Ryan Cameron Radio Show, the second part is definitely not her voice or her style. Aside from the fact that we’ve never heard of this Canadian blogger, their audio engineer did a sub-par job in mixing this pseudo-Tameka voice, blatantly edited and choppy. Yet again another attempt by gossip bloggers with asinine agendas and way too much time on their hands. A lot of readers have gone in on Tameka in the aftermath of her pending divorce with Usher, but here’s some stuff you DIDN’T know:

Armed with a strong will to succeed and natural talent, Tameka attended the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM) in 1994 as a Merch Marketing Major in Los Angeles, California. Her professional career began working in retail (as both salesperson and manager). She went on to work as a dresser for Giorgio Armani and other designer fashion shows while still attending FIDM. The resident Atlantan is probably best known for propelling Lauryn Hill’s vintage haute couture look into the limelight, branding her as an international fashion icon.

Tameka is one of those impeccably polished women whose closet you want to raid and whose sense of style you want to imitate. She can easily make a white t-shirt look as fabulous with a couture ball skirt as with a pair of jeans. Her own personal style, which she describes as “Clean lines, simplistic and minimalist,” has worked the same magic for her career as it has for her clients. “I don’t like busy looks. I am into strong pieces. It doesn’t have to be a whole outfit to make an outfit. For a woman, it may be a strong shirt or hat. I don’t like clutter.”

Tameka has lent her creative talents to legendary soul singers like Patti Labelle, Chaka Khan and Aretha Franklin to current chart-toppers such as Jay-Z, Toni Braxton, Usher, Chris Brown, Mary J. That “more” came in the form of multi-Grammy award winner, Lauryn Hill. Fate must have been working the day that Tameka happened to meet the soon-to-blossom Ms. Hill in an elevator, circa 1995. After a Fed Ex mishap with the singer’s former stylist Tameka got the chance of a lifetime and quickly offset her in a striking pastel pink skirt and matching wrap around top when she took to the stage to croon “Killing Me Softly” alongside Roberta Flack at the 1996 MTV Movie Awards. Lauryn snatched the sensational stylist and the rest is history. Tameka went on to establish Lauryn Hill as one of America’s top fashion forces and created a look that is still emulated by top designers worldwide. In Style Magazine once said, “Lauryn Hill’s funky style is always a hit. Tameka Foster, Hill’s fashion stylist combines hot pieces with the latest street wear- from new French designer Barbara Bui to Byblos to the Gap- to create the singer’s winning looks.”

Tameka shows her charitable side

Tameka’s work with Lauryn Hill graced the covers of top magazines Harpers Bazaar, Esquire, GQ, Rolling Stone, Seventeen, People, Teen People, Source, Vibe and Details. She worked on “The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill” album packaging, music videos, performances, television appearances, U.S. and European tours as well as a myriad of award shows. “Working with Lauryn taught me a lot. She is a total perfectionist and commands only the best. In that, we are a lot alike. Lauryn shared a very important piece of advice with me once saying that in fashion, ‘less is more’ and I have always agreed with that fashion philosophy in both my professional and personal life. You don’t have to overdo it, over match, over accessorize- sometimes the most simplistic of things just work and say a lot more.”
