Sources told The News that Foxy – whose real name is Inga Marchand – is becoming an industry outcast over her unreliability.

Foxy infuriated promoters when she appeared more than four hours late for a show at Splash Bar in Manhattan this fall, sources said. And she blew off her own Christmas Eve event at Brooklyn’s Jelani Lounge – a gig planned to highlight a new album that remains unreleased, sources said.

At the time, the “Ill Na Na” star went on Twitter to blame a last-minute change of venue for the missed gig.

“If she had any money, we’d sue her [for not showing up],” said one Manhattan nightclub manager.

Playboy Enterprises is reportedly suing Drake over the sampling of a track on “Best I Ever Had.” The lawsuit accuses Drake, Cash Money Records and Universal Music Group of Copyright Infringement.

The song sampled at the beginning of “Best I Ever Had” is allegedly their song, “Fallin’ In Love,” by Hamilton, Joe Frank and Dennison/Reynolds. The copyright for the music belongs to Playboy Music, Inc. and Plaintiff, Playboy Enterprises, is its successor in interest.

Well I knew it was just a matter of time…. Siohvaughn Wade is suing Gabrielle Union for “engaging in sexual foreplay” in front of her two children which she believes is causing them emotional stress. According to the documents filed, the older child has sought medical treatment for stress and anxiety and has developed nervous habits, headaches and significant hair loss causing bald sports. The child is currently seeking court-mandated mental evaluations at the University of Chicago.

The suit also claims the younger child nearly drowned while in his father’s care and [Gabrielle] Union drove the boys to the park with his oldest son in the front seat. On one visitation, Wade allegedly orchestrated a meeting between Union and the boys, where he introduced the actress as his “girlfriend” and said “that is why your mom and I are going to divorce,” according to the suit.

According to additional documents, Siohvaughn Wade has also filed a defamation suit against her former long-time friend Andrea Williams because of “vicious lies” she spread which may have been a reason for the dissolution of her marriage. Andrea Williams served as a personal assistant to Siohvaughn for years before she was terminated in December 2007.

Rihanna’s body is at the center of a lawsuit.

TMZ is reporting that Rihanna’s trainer Cindy Percival filed a lawsuit in LA County Superior Court against the singer last week, claiming she is owed over $26,000 in unpaid wages for helping the singer keep her body in shape.

In the suit, Percival reportedly claims she was hired for “exclusive personal training services” for the singer at a rate of $1,500 per day and did not receive payment for some of her services from September and October 2009.

Percival is also asking for $2,644.14 in travel expenses. She claims she was required to travel throughout Europe to train Rihanna.

Fantasia may be on the verge of getting slapped with a MEGA-MILLION-DOLLAR lawsuit.

According to mediatakeout.com, Antwaun Cook’s estranged wife is seriously  contemplating bringing a lawsuit against Fantasia for stealing her husband, and she’s exploring using North Carolina’s anti-jumpoff law to bring it.

Here’s what they’re saying:

Only 7 states have what we’re referring to as the ANTI-JUMPOFF law (in legal circles it’s called “criminal conversion”), the states are North Carolina, Illinois, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Mexico, South Dakota and Utah.

But here’s why North Carolina’s anti-jumpoff law is so EFFECTIVE. Unlike the traditional “Alienation Of Affection” law, a jumpoff has virtually NO DEFENSE to a lawsuit brought under the ANTI-JUMPOFF law. For example, the jumpoff CAN NOT claim that they didn’t know the other person was married, or that the married man WAS SEPARATED from his wife, or that the wife was ALSO BEING UNFAITHFUL.

MediaTakeOut.com uncovered that under North Carolina’s law, if the wife can prove that she was VALIDLY married and that her husband had SEX with his jumpoff, then the jumpoff is AUTOMATICALLY liable for damages.

And North Carolina courts have offered BIG JUDGMENTS against jumpoffs. For example, in 2001 a jury awarded a distraught spouse $1.4 MILLION under the anti-jumpoff law.

Christina Milian’s 81-year-old neighbor claims he was mauled by one of her dogs back in 2008 — and now the man wants Christina to pay for the canine’s alleged brutality. Leo Skolion filed a lawsuit against Christina and family earlier this month in L.A. County Superior Court, claiming the family’s negligence lead to the attack that left him with “severe personal injuries.”

Leo tells TMZ it all started in October of ‘08, when Christina’s home had “flooding problems” which caused a gate between their properties to become damaged.Leo says he went over to speak to the family about repairing the gate when one of their dogs escaped … then attacked him from behind and bit “a huge chunk” out of the back of his arm.

The 81-year-old claims it took 19 stitches and 9 months of rehabilitation to get back to normal — and that he still has to receive psychiatric help for fear and depression.

Leo is suing Christina — real name Christine Flores — her mother Carmen and her sister Danielle for an undetermined amount.

UPDATE: Oprah Winfrey has fired back at reports an author is suing her for plagiarism, insisting she only found out about the $1 trillion lawsuit after a judge dismissed it.

According to starpulse.com, Goffe claims she plagiarized his book A Tome of Poetry and posted the piece on her website.

According to Oprah’s spokesperson, “We were never served with this lawsuit, but we’ve been informed that the judge dismissed it.”

According to perezhilton.com, author Damon Lloyd Goffe is suing Oprah and her production company, Harpo, for allegedly stealing material from the writer’s work titled “A Tome of Poetry” and publishing it under the name, “Pieces of My Soul.”

Based on legal documents, Goffe claims the talk show host admitted to the thievery last year.

The poet believes that since Oprah sold over 650 million editions of the work online for $20 a copy, he is entitled to 1.2 trillion dollars!

Usher is facing a legal battle with plumbers after allegedly failing to settle an invoice for work completed on his Atlanta, Georgia mansion in 2007.
The “Yeah” hitmaker is accused of owing $2,335 to Bobo’s Plumbing Company for installing a shampoo bowl in the private salon in the house and setting up all the waterworks for one of the property’s bathrooms. But, according to TMZ.com, Usher has yet to pay up, prompting the firm’s executives to file suit against the star demanding the outstanding fees – or be allowed to sell the house and take their payment from the proceeds.

The singer has yet to respond to the allegations.

Usher is believed to have installed the salon in the home for his estranged wife, stylist Tameka Foster – but the couple split last summer (08) and he filed for divorce in June (09).

The cancellation of the launch party for Beyonce’s “I AM…” tour, first scheduled for this Saturday at M2, was a result of a breach of contract by the promoter. Beyonce never had a contract with the club itself and no one in her camp dealt directly with the venue. The superstar was never scheduled to perform but was to serve as a co-host and introduce singer/songwriter Solange’s performance. Patrons were falsely promised a performance by Beyonce.

Beyonce is getting sued by a NYC club for backing out of an appearance. According to the NY Post, M2 club owner Joey Morrison is now talking lawsuit against Beyonce. He claims he drew a contract to pay Beyonce $200,000 in order for her to perform at his club tomorrow night. However Beyonce is too busy preparing for her US Tour that kicks off Fathers Day!

“I mean, we sold tables for thousands of dollars for the show, and spent $100,000 renting a soundboard and other equipment as per their stipulations. What good does her showing up for an hour do me? They’ve been totally unwilling to agree to another show.”

Hours after posting a video on the internet that he’s not “a monster“, Chris Brown is being sued by Robert Rosen who claims he was assaulted by Chris’ bodyguards in March.

According to tmz.com, Robert Rosen is suing Chris and LA Fitness for assault and battery, false imprisonment, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence and premises liability.

The photog claims Chris’ bodyguards yelled at him — so he tried to leave the gym … but an L.A. Fitness employee tried to block his escape.

The photog says he then fell down a stairwell, which allowed the bodyguards to catch up with him — where they, “picked him up by his shorts and physically assaulted him.”

The photog claims he was a paying member at the gym and had every right to be on the property.

Apparently this guy tried to sue James Bond actor Pierce Brosnan over a violent incident with the star in Malibu — but that case was dismissed.

Looks like someone is trying to get a check.

Why don’t celebrities understand that they are NOT exempt from paying their taxes? There may be a lot of things celebs get away with – traffic tickets, drug charges, and the like – but when it comes to money, the IRS doesn’t play games.

Robin Givens is being sued for – wait for it! – a whopping $292,000 in unpaid federal taxes that reportedly go back as far as 13 years! According to EURweb.com,

In a lawsuit filed earlier this month, the feds asked the federal court in Tampa, Fla. to enter a formal judgment against Givens on 39 separate assessments covering eight of the 12 calendar years through 2007. Such a court finding would make it easier for the Internal Revenue Service to try to collect the allegedly unpaid amounts through garnishing her earnings or levying her assets, such as bank accounts.

The government’s petition states that Givens resides in Bradenton, near Tampa. News media reports say at least one of her two children has attended a school there, while other accounts say she shuttles between New York City and Florida.

LA Lakers basketball star Kobe Bryant and his wife Vanessa Bryant is being sued by their former housekeeper, who claims Vanessa was incredibly abusive – even demanding that she put her hand in a bag of dog feces to retrieve a tag from her blouse.

According to TMZ, Maria Jimenez has alleged that Mrs. Bryant referred to her, at times, as “lazy, slow, dumb, a f*****g liar, and f*****g s**t.”

In the lawsuit filed in Superior Court in Orange County, Jimenez claims Vanessa accused her of stealing her (mouth) retainer.

Jimenez says it got so bad — Vanessa allegedly “badgered, harassed and humiliated Maria by yelling and screaming at Maria and criticizing her in front of Kobe, the Bryants’ children, employees and other people in the household” — she threatened to quit but Kobe talked her out of it.

SMH!!! Who knew the Bryants got down like that?
