A source close to actress and radio personality Glenda Darnell who has worked worked with Steve in the past, revealed that Steve and Glenda ran into each other during one of his recent visits to Los Angeles and he asked her if they could talk alone for a moment in his dressing room.

Glenda sat stunned as Steve began to tell her that there is not a day that goes by that he doesn’t think about her..”I think about you ALL the time” he told her. He told her how thinks back to when he was going through a rough time in his life, how much he appreciates her for being there and she brought him so much laughter, fun and romance. He mentioned that he thought of her during his emotional interview with Pastor Donnie McClurkin on the TBN Network back in 2009.

The source says Glenda was quite surprised to hear him express his feelings and that he appeared emotional at times, but was even more taken aback when after sharing a warm embrace she turned to leave and he pulled her back and kissed her.

The close friend with whom Glenda shared the encounter with asked her if she knew Steve was feeling like that all this time to which Glenda allegedly said “I had had no clue….I couldn’t tell”.

Harvey who loves stand-up is giving it up to make way for the talk show. He said his last comedy show will be next August, in Las Vegas.

But things are looking up for Mary, she’s currently taping a new reality show which is similar to VH1′s “Basketball Wives”

In addition to Gabby, Jerry Ferrara (who plays Turtle on “Entourage”) and Romany Malco (the funny man from “40 Year Old Virgin”) will also star in the Will Packer-produced big-screen adaptation.

The film, simply titled “Think Like A Man,” will center on the relationship between a dreamer with culinary talents, played by Ealy, and a high-powered ad exec, played by Henson. Kevin Hart will essentially play the Steve Harvey character – the “relationship expert” who gives advice to the couple.

According to the report, a security video showed Reynolds entering Harvey’s office earlier this month after a bank employee had delivered a bag of cash. Reynolds was not authorized to be in the office, but told one of Harvey’s associates he just wanted to get a Coke. The video shows Reynolds leaving the room without a soft drink in hand, but the money was gone.

Reynolds claimed he knew nothing about the cash when he was questioned by his supervisor and Harvey, but according to the incident report, he later sent the supervisor a text message stating, “I am gonna get him the money just so I can end this.”

Dude, if you didn’t take the money, why would you offer to get it back??? Something not’s right with this one!

Now that the gag order has been lifted, Steve is finally able to speak out about the accusations.  During the show, Steve mentioned that he only wanted to clear his name, and not bash his ex-wife in the media because he raises all of his sons to respect their mother and women. Such a gentleman!

Barbara Walters and Elizabeth Hasselbeck read through the details of his recent court battle to ‘The View’s’ audience. The judge ruled that Mary was not left broke or homeless after their divorce, that Steve is the primary guardian of their son, and that their divorce was due to “irreconcilable differences” and that Steve’s current wife, Marjorie, was not the cause of the split.

As you know, Steve Harvey is the author of “Act Like A Lady, Think Like A Man” and “Straight Talk, No Chaser” which are both books geared toward women on how to get, keep and form lasting relationships with men. Steve, being the ‘relationship guru’ that he is, went on to discuss his definition of a ‘real man’, stating that real men can not live without women. I concur.

Joyner, invited her to encourage her to “move on” from her 2005 divorce, but Mary refused to take the host’s advice.

“It took a long time for me to get to this point,” she explained to Joyner,  “The reason I’ve been silent this entire time is because I did take into consideration what it would do to both of our families and our community.”

But she said she decided to publicly discuss the fall of her marriage because “keeping quiet hasn’t served me physically. It hasn’t served our son [Wynton]. I have suffered physically because of it. I’m not in good health right now.”

It was recently announced that Steve Harvey would be joining the Essence Magazine team as a featured columnist, giving advice on relationships.

Now, as much as we love the funny man on stage, we’re not sure his jokes are going to translate as well on paper – especially if people are writing in about sensitive and personal matters. But then again, if Harvey takes the job too seriously, offering up wisdom and foresight as best he can, should those seeking the advice even take heed? After all, he’s the one that’s been married three times. (So while it’s obvious that he has a lot of experience, it doesn’t necessarily mean that he’s any more logical in decision-making than the rest of us.)

We know that having multiple marriages are no reason to outcast anyone from interacting with the public, but we’re just not so sure this is his forte.

Of course, we can’t ignore the fact that his literary debut, “Act Like A Lady, Think Like A Man,” spent most of 2009 atop the New York Times best seller’s list, as well as the fact that since the book skyrocketed to #1 last February, he’s become a correspondent for “Good Morning America,” and has ironed out plans to create a movie adaptation of the book.

But is that success the result of marketing masterminds and a good PR team, or is his work truly valued?

And just to play Devil’s Advocate, is there a double standard? Would you want to hear Jennifer Lopez, a three-time wife, dish out relationship advice, as well?

Steve Harvey Joins “Good Morning America”

Funnyman Steve Harvey has joined the cast of “Good Morning America.” According to a network rep, Harvey’s first segment is scheduled for the Aug. 19 broadcast.

“He will bring his own unique perspective, style and humor to morning television while interacting with viewers around the country via ABCNEWS.com, Skype and live guests in-studio,” the rep said.

The 52-year-old comedian and actor is author of the best-selling book “Act Like a Lady, Think Like a Man,” which has been atop the New York Times Best Seller’s list since February.

According to Steve Harvey’s ex-wife Mary Lee Harvey, the comedian is taking the super-old-school approach when it comes to disciplining his son.

Steve Harvey’s ex-wife Mary Lee Harvey recently took Steve to court claiming he’s abusing their son. According to online reports: October 14th, Mary says her son, who lives with Steve Harvey in the Atlanta area, came to visit her in Dallas. Mary says it was during that visit when she noticed bruises and puncture marks on the child’s body. Those who examined the boy say the wounds were likely made by a belt buckle and the bruising from a paddle-like instrument. A nurse examining the child at Plano Medical Center summoned police because of the severe nature of the injuries. A police report has not been made available to Mary Lee Harvey; however, she has corroborating medical reports from a child psychologist, a pediatrician and others who examined the child. Luckily Harvey says there was no internal damage done as a result of the alleged abuse.

Mary also claims Steve does not allow their son to visit her per the court order. She says she has not been allowed to see her son since mid October even though the original order calls for visitations of at least two weekends a month.
