What’s going on in her life.

I’ve been sober for two years, and a lot of people can’t say that. I’m timid, shy and broken a little bit by some of the responses [online], but then again so much support from the people saying “No! She’s none of that.” Real friends stepping up … And just showing me who the real people were in my life. It helped me find myself and find out that there’s a real true artist inside of me–that no matter what obstacles may come, he’s not going to let you fall, and he’s not going to let you down.

I started ministering to myself and looking at my heart … Finding my voice … And it just made me stronger. If it doesn’t kill you, it will make you stronger. Like Drake says, “It’s far from over…” I listened to the music that people were making, and it kept inspiring me. I started making music, and I just stepped out on a limb. My mom died … So much has happened. I miss people in my life. I miss LL [Cool J]. Debbie Allen came back to the community … And for once so many miracles. I swear so many miracles!

On the state of her career and the youtube videos that surfaced:

I went on to do movies, and nobody talked about it, and that hurt me. I did a movie called ‘Rim Shop’ after Katrina had happened in New Orleans. We went down there, and that place looked a mess, seriously. We shot a film out there just to help those people, to bring revenue in and just show our support to their situation. Then, I did a gospel kind of Tyler Perry play called ‘Friends and Lovers’.

Hoopz and Shaq seem to have a playful and fun-loving relationship. Hoopz gushed about her boo saying,”I knew he was a goofball, were the same. Both goofballs.”

Shaq towers nearly two feet over his 5’2” girlfriend, but that doesn’t stop Hoopz from challenging Shaq to numerous playful competitions, mostly one’s that they make up on the spot, and beating him! “I’m the first girl that can beat him at anything!” Hoopz proudly proclaimed in their interview together. Shaq went on to comment, “She’s my first female best friend, besides my mother.” Sounds like the perfect relationship!

Hoopz, 28, and Shaq, 38, met numerous times on the Hollywood scene before a mutual friend played cupid and got the two talking. They had their first date in Vegas, then in Hoopz’s hometown of Tennessee and have been inseparable ever since. The two now reside in the suburbs of Boston and live, for the most part, a normal life.

Nikki Alexander was first introduced to the world as Hoopz in Vh1′s hit reality show, Flavor of Love Season 1 where she competed for the affection of Flavor Flav and won. She then went on to compete against other Vh1 realty stars in another Vh1 reality show, For the Love of Money Season 1, where she won $250,000. As you can see, Hoopz is no stranger to reality TV, and she is currently gearing up for her own reality show where cameras will follow her around in her suburban home as she embarks on her newest journey into the athletic training field.  Aspiring to become a women’s health and self-defense guru, she is already working with her production team.

When the couple is not watching television, playing games or challenging each other to fun competitions, you can catch Hoopz at all of the Boston Celtic’s home games, cheering on her boo and geering up for her new reality show!

Lala’s helping eligible ballers find their partner with an upcoming dating show, “Love and Basketball.”

The TV host is more than happy with her NBA hubby Carmelo Anthony, so she’s decided to hook up some other players in the league through a new reality dating competition.

“It’s kind of like ‘The Bachelor’ for basketball players,” LaLa told S2S, adding that the show will feature three professional basketball players. “It kind of shows them dating and [doing] different things.”

Some pros, such as Kevin Durant and Rasaul Butler, have already expressed an interest in starring on “Love and Basketball.” LaLa is also focused on getting the right kind of women for them to choose from. Don’t expect more of the same when it comes to the contestants, though, because LaLa is looking for women who offer more than a pretty face and party-girl attitude.

“What I wanted to capture on the show is to kind of give people an inside look at the kind of women that are attracted to basketball players,” LaLa explained to S2S. “You always hear people use the term ‘groupie,’ but a lot of these women are educated, run companies CEOs.

She continued, “They just, you know, really want to date a basketball player, but they still have their own thing. They’re not looking for a come up. “

Reality TV sure gives us a lot of drama and “Basketball Wives” is no exception. I’m hearing that Suzie Ketcham was arrested while the cameras were rolling during the reunion show, and a lawsuit could ensue from the event.

During the show’s reunion episode, Suzie Ketcham threw a bucket of water on a “surprise guest” that she had troubles with in the past.

Sandra is the name of the groupie that had the water thrown in her face. Trying to avoid the water, Sandra slipped and injured herself. The medics were called and Suzie Ketcham was subsequently arrested – and Sandra’s first words were “call my lawyer.”

There’s no word if Ketcham has been charged with a crime. However, “Sandra” wants charges levied against her “assailant.” Production staff locked the whole audience and crew in the studio for at least 45 minutes — and no one was allowed to leave. They continued to tape the show for some time, but they still kept everyone locked in even when they weren’t taping. The reunion special is slated to air Sunday, June 20th on VH1.

The 10-episode, half-hour Style Network series will follow Mel as she maintains a restless schedule between family life and show business.

In addition to catching a glimpse inside the international superstar’s life, viewers will also get a chance to know Brown’s husband and business partner, Stephen Belafonte, and her two daughters, Angel and Phoenix (from prior relationships).

Here comes the bride — and VH1 cameras will be on hand to catch every detail!

The network behind Brandy & Ray J and What Chilli Wants has inked LaLa Vasquez and Carmelo Anthony, to a new docu-series about their forthcoming July 2010 wedding and all of the planning that will go into getting ready for the big day.

The still-untitled five-part, half-hour series will premiere on Monday, September 13 before wrapping up with a 90-minute wedding finale airing in October.

VH1 said in a statement Monday.

“The series begins with the betrothed couple, La La and Carmelo, meeting with A-list wedding planner to the stars Mindy Weiss and follows them through all the wedding planning festivities. Viewers will ride along as La La shops for the perfect designer wedding dress, chooses the wedding venue, picks out the ultimate wedding cake and menu, plans their honeymoon, and contemplates the guest list, all while maintaining her and Carmelo’s hectic schedules.”

“Along the way viewers will also get a glimpse at La La’s celeb-hosted bachelorette party in Las Vegas, as well as a behind-the-scenes look at the couple as they gather with their family and friends to prepare for the big day. The series will culminate in a 90-minute lavish celebrity-filled wedding finale in New York that only this superstar couple could host.”

This winter, Oxygen TV’s ‘Bad Girls Club’ was the show we loved to hate and hated to love. Every week millions of people tuned in to watch a small group of women make big noise in LA. Seven women, from all over the country, none knowing the other, lived together, drinking, fighting, loving, sexing, scheming, lying, backstabbing, bragging, and running their city.

But no other castmate stood out more this season than Natalie Nunn: big ego, big attitude, and one hell of an instigator.

Power 107.5 and FlyPaper Online Magazine were able to get an exclusive interview with Natalie when she came to Columbus to rock Martini Park restaurant and nightclub. Here’s what she told FlyPaper’s own Doug Williams about her personality and her future.

Q: “The Bad Girls Club” highlighted a lot of bad qualities of the women that were on the show. We know you have good qualities; so what would you say are three good qualities that people watching wouldn’t know?

A: “I really want to work with and help juvenile delinquents.” (FYI: Natalie values the education she has attained over the years. She graduated from the University of Southern California with a double-major in Communication and Sociology, along with a minor in Business.)

The “bad girl” says she has a great amount of self-respect. She is pleased with the fact that she didn’t have sex in order to make her way to the top. Even though she slept with one person in the industry, she is not for having a sexual reputation.

Lastly, she is extremely family-oriented. “I take care of my grandmother and I just bought a house for my family out in Cali.”

Q: Really? Were you raised to be close to your family? I realize that Latin-based families stick together well like you are doing. What is your nationality?

A: “Yes. I am Puerto Rican and Brazilian.

Q: What’s next for the infamous Nunn?

A: I’m going to have my own TV show.

Q: For sure? Is this a rumor, brand new information, or what?

A: Well I just signed the contract, so I am sure it’s gonna happen.

Q: What’s the name of the show?

A: It’s called ‘I Run L.A.’

Q: Everyone knows you Run L.A. What city will you run next?

A: Houston, NY, Miami….The globe!

Q: We all grow up having different dreams in life, and everyone takes different paths. Ten years ago, at age 15, where did you think you’d be today?

A: I knew I was gonna be a personality!

Q: This was your dream?

A: Yep, I wanted to be famous.

According to Tionna she will be the creative producer of a new VH1 reality show titled Boss Chicks which will follow prominent women in different cities making major moves.

While she was unable to disclose details on the production, she did sign the contract in front of her family and friends who helped her celebrate with an old-fashioned BK house party. Tionna also stated that she has no comment towards the “Chilli” beef that media is putting out there, but she did say in due time it will all be said.

Trey Songz is returning with a new album this fall, according to his manager, Kevin Liles.

In a sit-down with MTV News, Liles said,

“September 14th, new album. He’s not gonna stop. He’s gonna keep his foot on people’s necks, and he’s going to make sure they understand that we have to redefine R&B. We have to go work hard every single day to be the best.”

“Every day, this kid inspires me. That’s one of the reasons why I got back into it, because I wasn’t going to get back into it. But he said, ‘Kev, we need you. You know we need you.’ So I’m in it full blown with him. He’s doing a theater tour coming up in August. He’s doing the BET Awards. The “MTV Unplugged,” which is amazing, sold out Roseland by itself, 3,000 people. It’s just a blessing to work with young talent.”

Trey is also the co-star of an upcoming reality show with Young Jeezy. Liles revealed,

“We’ve got the Blueprint 3 [Tour experience] from the eyes of Jeezy and Trey Songz coming out. The first show airs on BET on June 27, the night of the BET Awards. The show comes first, and then right after that, the BET Awards.”

Slated to debut in early 2011, the show will give audiences an insider’s look at pigeon rearing and racing, a sport that is far from the mainstream. The novice pigeon racer Tyson goes toe-to-toe against several individuals in hopes of being crowned a champ all over again.

Little known fact that Tyson has raised pigeons all his life. In fact his first-ever fight as a child was in defense of his birds. But this show will follow his first foray into racing them competitively. So for the first time in years, Tyson enters a sport as an underdog.

Que (formerly of Diddy’s Day26) recently appeared on DC’s 93.9 WKYS and while, on air, his manager revealed some news that was as much of a surprise to us as it was to Que, himself.

The reality show that he and Dawn (formerly of Danity Kane and now of Diddy’s group Dirty Money) has been picked up. All this time, we though they’d broken up. Hopefully, this is one couple that can withstand the reality romance curse.

She appeared arm-in-arm with Jamie Foxx last Sunday, and in only five days, she’s managed to keep her name on our tongues.

Cincinnati Bengals star wide receiver Chad Ocho Cinco (formerly Chad Johnson) is using his off-season to pursue happiness off the field in his new VH1 reality show “The Tournament” (working title).  The series will follow the drama of the dating pool played out in a bracket-style tournament.  

“The Tournament” will start with Ocho Cinco finding his “first 85″ by traveling all over the country meeting women that may be interested in dating him.  Then, during the first episode, he will narrow the playing field down to the sweet sixteen – four women from each of the four regions of the country – Northern, Western, Southern and Central Divisions. The sixteen chosen women will be invited to join Ocho Cinco for the rest of the tournament-style dating competition.

Once the competition begins, Ocho Cinco will follow a tournament bracket where each of the ladies will have an opportunity to spend quality time with him while also facing off against one another in double-dates.  The winner of each dating face-off will receive a game ball from Ocho Cinco and move on to the next round of the tournament, while the loser goes home.  Ultimately the sweet sixteen will be narrowed down to eight and then the final four.  In the end, the championship date between the two remaining women will result in Ocho Cinco awarding his chosen love the coveted Championship Ring.

The 10 episode, one-hour series is set to premiere in July 2010.

DJ Enuff, DJ Camilo and DJ Cipha Sounds from New York’s Hot97 station have their own reality web series The Wizards, which also airs on MTV2.

In Episode 3, DJ Enuff and Swizz Beatz and a heart-to-heart in the studio while talking about their respective divorces. Swizz tells E that the ongoing split was the toughest thing he’s ever dealt with.

Swizz also says that, contrary to tabloid reports, it was not his new relationship with Alicia Keys that caused his divorce…he feels that he was pressured to choose between his relationship with his eldest son and his marriage.

Please note, the footage is from a few months ago. Word is that Swizz’ divorce has since been finalized.

Fantasia Barrino, 24, revealed in her memoir, “Life Is Not a Fairy Tale,” that she was illiterate and could not read words she wasn’t familiar with. She said at the time that she was learning to read to her daughter Zion, now seven. Barrino dropped out of school in the 9th grade.

The American Idol star, 24 who is now ready to hit the books and earn her high school degree told Eonline:

“I’ve been talking about it for so long,” Fantasia said “I have a lot of young people who look up to me, like my 15-year-old brother and 7-year-old daughter. It’s something that I really need to do and that I want to do.”
