He was hit with a bill of $110,585 dating back to 2003.

Back in May, the IRS filed a $35,210 lien in Orange County against Omarion, as well as a $25,660 lien in October 2009, and a $49,715 filed in the Los Angeles County Recorder of Deeds in August of 2009.

Omarion apparently failed to pay income taxes in 2003, 2005 and 2006.

He also filed for bankruptcy in January but the case was later dismissed.

From AllHipHop: As thoughts turn to flowers, chocolates, balloons, cards and romance with someone special for many people this weekend, Valentine’s Day will be just another day in the life for Omarion.

The former B2K frontman, whose music may supply the soundtrack for lovers on Sunday (Feb. 14), revealed that the special day of love is not on his radar. According to Omarion, holidays in general are not observed at all by him.

“I actually don’t celebrate any of the holidays,” said the singer/actor, who cited “spiritual reasons” for his refusal to acknowledge the special days of the year. “..it’s more a spiritual thing. I have to go with my conscience. I just decided not involve myself in Pagan holidays.”

Omarion’s views echo many who list Valentine’s Day, along with Christmas and Easter, as a holiday with pagan roots.

Omarion’s perception of holidays comes as he confessed to taking steps to become a Jehovah’s Witness.

Despite classifying his denomination as being Christian, the entertainer expressed a desire to explore the other religion.

“I’ve been studying to be a Jehovah witness,” he said. “I am not baptized yet; so I can’t technically call myself a Jehovah witness yet. But I have been studying.”

Apparently, one of Omarion’s old A&R people are mad because he jacked another artist’s song. They have decided to vent (anonymously) and give O a heads-up on the bad people he’s keeping around him and the likelihood of being sued very soon.

“Omarion,

I never thought, for the life of me, you’d be the one I’d have to get at. But I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt & assume this [song] was brought to you by an outside producer or writer.

This is why my job is necessary even though many people despise my very existence. But when you have people as talented as Kai Holmes who, in my opinion, is hands down one of the hottest up & coming singer/songwriters & a vet like yourself straight jacks one of his joints, I gotta say sumthin’.

I mean, Omarion, you gotta watch who you keep company with man! These geniuses didn’t even change the damn title when they handed it to you!!! SAME TITLE, SAME VOCAL ARRANGEMENT, SAME TRACK TEMPO, SAME HOOK!!!! WOW!!!! Now that’s a jack move.

On Sunday at the Grammys, viewers will get a chance to see never-before-seen footage of Michael Jackson, during a tribute to the late great King Of Pop.

Some of the clip will feature material from the documentary This Is It, but the majority will be a 3-D video that MJ shot for “Earth Song,” a track off his 1995 album, HIStory. The show will also feature performances in honor of MJ by Jennifer Hudson, Usher and more.

But there’s one singer that wasn’t chosen to contribute. Here’s what Omarion had to say about being snubbed:

“If I’m not a part of that, then that’s not… I’m not gonna say it’s wack, but I’m just saying, everyone knows what I do, so if you gon’ have an MJ tribute… I take that back because Stevie [Wonder] did an MJ tribute. Everyone loved Michael. I’m not gon’ say that. I’m just meaning the performance [aspect]. How you gon’ have a Michael tribute without the playboy? [Laughs].

That’s my only thing, and I mean this in the humblest and the most competitive way. I’m competitive — that’s what the game is about. Especially after Mike passed away, I feel like the stage, it’s more important now. It’s a responsibility to me when I hit the stage to not play with it. If you walk back and forth that’s cool, too. If that’s how you entertain, that’s cool, but for the performances and for the dances and for the people that look up to Michael in the fashion I look up to Michael? I hope they bring it. Because if they don’t, then I will.”

Omarion To Replace “Best Dance Crew” Judge

Since choreographer Shane Sparks is still embroiled in a molestation investigation, MTV was under pressure to find a new judge for its dance competition show, “America’s Best Dance Crew.” And they’ve ultimately chosen Omarion to sit on the panel with former NSYNC member JC Chasez and rapper – if that’s what you want to call her – Lil’ Mama.

Howard Schwartz, one of the creators of the show, had this to say:

We were looking for a judge who could understand what the crews go through when they get on stage and perform. So, a judge that understands the performance side of it and can see when a crew comes out and definitely has IT. All in all, this is television, and we want to reach out to the audience and be able to excite them. We were looking for a judge who can differentiate dancers and dances from each other, who can tell technique apart from personality and tell technique apart from aspects of specific dances that may be confined to one part of the U.S. And also who might be able to give us an opinion that might not be the same as our other two judges; someone who feels strong enough in their own skin to be able to recognize crews that have it together.

There is a new format to the show. Every week for the first three weeks, you’ll see five crews from different regions (South, West and East). Then they will meet in L.A. for the big showdowns.

Since parting ways with Young Money, Omarion created his own imprint StarWorld Entertainment and signed with EMI while re-doing the 1st single “I Get It In”, which at first featured Lil’ Wayne, but he was soon replaced with Gucci Mane.

A video for follow-up track “Hoodie” was released – it paid homage to Michael Jackson and had his mother dancing alongside him – but the official second single is the ballad “Speedin.’” In the video, Omarion leaves the dance moves behind for a pleading performance to his girlfriend who’s left him. This one could be a hit.

Omarion wants to know if Rihanna is a victim of the industry’s dark side

Everyone’s up in arms about Kanye’s rumored on-again/off-again girlfriend Amber Rose. The model has never remained tight-lipped about her stripper past or her bisexuality, and Omarion is the latest to throw his two cents in on the matter.

Though it was reported that he himself had secretly married a bisexual stripper earlier this year, he laughed off the report as a rumor and claimed he wasn’t even dating.

He told Sister 2 Sister Magazine, “No disrespect, but no Amber Rose for me. Everybody has their past – and don’t get me wrong, I’m not judgmental at all – but I do like a certain amount of class.”

And Omarion wants to set the record straight about his relationship status once and for all: “I’m not married. I’m chilling. At this moment I’m not (dating). I have friends that I converse with, and I have that male-female camaraderie, but there’s no girlfriend at the moment.”

“I don’t personally know Rihanna’s beliefs but I think there’s a very dark and very sinister part of the entertainment business and I think it’s very visible,” he said. “This is something that a lot of people don’t look at [but for example] Michael Jackson used to be a Jehovah’s Witness and I remember hearing that he wanted to separate from the religion – and this was during the time that he was doing ‘Thriller’ [which ended up being] his biggest album.”

Fast forward to now [and] it really made me think that there is a [time as an artist] where there’s going to be a choice. The[entertainment] world [dictates] that you have to be with three or four women, or do this in order to get that [and] I think it’s really interesting. With God and the industry, it’s really dark. The dark side is having to get in, there’s a certain submission you need to have. Just like a gang [initiation], so to speak. You might have to do something against your moral code. I’m not saying that it’s always this way, but when you’re someone that is young and you’re coming up in the industry and you really don’t have a grip on your morals it can be very dark. The game is just about over saturation.

I don’t know if Rihanna [has fallen victim to those pressures]. I’ve never really heard her speak about it. I hope that she doesn’t believe in that stuff and I don’t think that she does, but I don’t know. It’s not just been a Rihanna thing, [there's has been religious speculation] about a lot of artists.”

Though it’s only been two months since the singer signed onto Lil’ Wayne’s record label, Omarion and the Young Money family have officially parted ways. Some sources claim he was dropped for leaking a single without the labels consent, but Omarion insists otherwise, claiming he asked to be released, and that there’s nothing but love between the two. His official statement reads:

“I have a lot of respect and admiration for the genius of Lil ‘Wayne and the entire Young Money family. I asked to be released from the label to pursue other opportunities that were recently presented to me. Because of our relationship, Lil’ Wayne had no issue with us ending our business relationship and released me from the label. Lil’ Wayne and I have nothing but love for each other, there is no Beef. I also wanted to make it clear that my company nor did I, leak the song, “I Get It In” and I want to dispel any rumors that have surfaced. I appreciate my relationship with Young Money/ Cash Money and look forward to doing business in the future. There will be a major announcement regarding my career and my new album, “Ollusion” coming next week. Stay tuned…”
