“The cops had to be called to enforce the court order, which states that Mel has primary custody of Phoenix. There was a stand off for several hours. When it became clear that Gulzar wasn’t going to turn Phoenix over, LAPD responded and told Jimmy he had to allow his daughter to leave his apartment,” a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com.

The police report states:

At a breakfast launch in Sydney, the 36-year-old, mother of 4, said:

“I was eating literally eating morning, noon and night, and it didn’t matter what time. I was just eating. I was a house. I love my humps and bumps, but when a newspaper described my shape as the ‘bootylicious, curvylicious, post-baby body of Melanie’, I knew I had to do something. I had to get the eating under control. I have already been exercising but what I need is a little push to help me start eating sensibly. I really allowed myself the chance to pig out during this pregnancy, so I’ve got a bit of weight to lose.”

She added: “Life gets a bit crazy when you’ve got four daughters but it’s important for us moms to live healthy and to be in good shape. Moms really need to take time for themselves and get to a place where they are happy with their body again. We should not put it off because we deserve more than that. A healthy happy mom equals a healthy happy family.”

Madison is the singer’s third child as well as her third daughter after Phoenix and Angel Iris.

“Mel and Madison are home from the hospital. The baby is very loved, and her sisters are absolutely doting on her. Madison is a very happy baby,” a source close to the couple tells RadarOnline.com.
Congratulations to the couple.

Mel B tweeted: “Finally our baby arrives. Stephen nearly passed out, Phoenix screamed, I laughed so hard the baby popped out!!! She is just sooo amazing!!”

She then wrote her husband: “I didn’t think it was possible but I love you even MORE now honey,we have a truly amazing family xxxx.”

Brown is already a mom to daughters, Phoenix (with her former husband), 12, and Angel (with Eddie Murphy), 4. Belafonte is dad to daughter Giselle, 6.

‘I pretended to him the other day that I was in labour and he just went white; he didn’t have a clue what to do. He’ll be panicking and probably take us to the wrong hospital.’

Mel’s baby is now officially overdue.

She wrote on Twitter yesterday to fellow former bandmate Mel C:

‘@MelanieCmusic (It was due) yesterday!!! Help help!!! It likes being in my tummy too much right now!!

The 36-year-old star, already has two children, Phoenix, 12, and Angel, 4.

Aguirre claims the trio intimidated and physically injured him, breaking his hand and causing neck and back injury.

FROM BLACK VOICES: Following a brief stint on ABC’s ‘Dancing With the Stars’ and a Las Vegas attraction ‘Peepshow,’ Melanie Brown (best known as Mel B – former “Spice Girl” and baby mama to Eddie Murphy) is returning to television with her all-new docu-comedy series, tentatively titled ‘The Mel B Project.’

The 10-episode, half-hour Style Network series will follow Mel as she maintains a restless schedule between family life and show business.

In addition to catching a glimpse inside the international superstar’s life, viewers will also get a chance to know Brown’s husband and business partner, Stephen Belafonte, and her two daughters, Angel and Phoenix (from prior relationships).

Eddie Murphy seems to be having a change of heart towards Melanie Brown and their daughter, Angel, who he publicly denied when she was first born. Three years and one paternity test later, the parents are trying to remain amicable.

Murphy recently held a party, and mother and daughter showed up!

According to the Daily News:

“While promoting ‘Shrek Forever After,’ Eddie talked a lot about his kids,” says a source. “Ever since, he’s been making efforts with Mel to get to know their daughter.” Murphy and Brown have famously feuded since news broke of her pregnancy in 2006, with Murphy initially denying he was the dad. Not so, said a paternity test. But even after the actor found out he was indeed going to be a father – for the eighth time – he was repeatedly accused of wanting nothing to do with his child by the former Scary Spice.

But it looks like he’s had a change of heart. Our source says he hosted a bash at his L.A. compound last week, and Brown, her husband, Stephen Belafonte, and Angel, her 3-year-old daughter with Murphy, were in attendance.

“They’ve both said some really nasty things about each other to the press,” says our source. “So needless to say, some guests were shocked.”

We hear the “Dreamgirls” actor had an additional push to make nice.

“Eddie’s ex-wife Nicole helped them reconcile their issues, too,” the insider said of Murphy’s ex-wife, with whom he has six kids. “Angel is Eddie’s youngest child, and Nicole wanted her children to know her. That helped Eddie to come around and get past all the animosity he had toward Mel.

“All of the children were there for the party, and it appeared that they’re one big happy, blended family,” the source added.

Mel B wasn’t Eddie’s only ex in attendance at the bash. The actor also seemed to be making an effort to get reacquainted with former girlfriend Shaun Robinson, the “Access Hollywood” host he dated before Brown.

Says the source: “At one point, they were in the kitchen together and seemed pretty friendly. There were whispers at the party that maybe they’d get back together someday.”

The stars came out on Saturday night for Perez Hilton’s carnival-themed birthday bash at LA’s Paramount Studios, where RadarOnline got the scoop on what other A-listers would do if they were in Sandra Bullock’s position – after all, it was just revealed that her hubby had been cheating on her with not one, not two, but maybe 3 women.

Mel B explained how she avoids any cheating scandals: “We have orgies all day long!”

And her husband Stephen Belafonte cheekily added: “Hell yeah baby come to our house if you’re hot and single.”
