What are three things that you think every woman can do to keep a relationship strong?

Be who you are. The biggest mistake women make is trying to be who the other person wants them to be. And if that’s the case, that’s not the person for you. You can never love another person more than you love yourself. I also think people take stuff way too seriously. I’d rather laugh — not fuss and fight. You can articulate your point without arguing. When you’re arguing constantly, you just need to say, “You’re real cool, but you’re not for me.”

Do you think that you have lost some roles because you are an African American woman?

I think that happens a lot of times in Hollywood. Unfortunately, they are not writing the greatest roles for African American women, in general. That’s why I have a production company. That’s why I want to increase the diversity. Some people gave me flack for playing a prostitute when I starred in Madea Goes to Jail. But that’s what you are as an actor. You have to play a diverse body of characters and roles. The disparity is there being more of those types of roles and fewer of any other type. Ultimately, we need more roles across the board.

The beautiful Keshia Knight Pulliam is all grown up, no longer Rudy Huxtable, and stopped by E!’s “Chelsea Lately” to sit down with the host to promote her show “House of Payne.”Keshia discussed some people still not grappling with her adulthood (she’s 30) along with some of her most current projects — like a prospective reality show with she and her boyfriend/business partner, Kaseem Penn.

The show would focus on them living together and juggling their careers in Atlanta.

Judging from Keshia’s interview with Chelsea, the show still seems stuck in a development rut over at Oxygen.

Keshia Knight Pulliam celebrated her 30th birthday in Las Vegas this weekend.

While I’m not really feeling her outfit too tough (particularly, the shirt and the shoes), she looks super cute in it. It’s a classic example of someone cute being able to pull off an oufit that’s otherwise notsocute, and from the rest of these pictures below, it looks like she had a blast! Keshia Knight Pulliam also known as Rudy Huxtable wants to take on Canada’s 79-year-old sexpert Sue Johansson. She’s pitching a couple’s counseling talk show called, ahem, Butt-naked and Bubbles. SMH!!!

“You have this arbitrary old white woman, pointing out toys and talking about sex,” Pulliam tells the gossip blog Bossip of the current state of TV sex therapy. “Which is also almost funny. It’s more comical than an actual real perspective.” Nevermind that Toronto-born Dr. Sue has been a registered nurse since before Keshia was born. Wouldn’t you rather learn about orgasms from the fourth-place contestant on Celebrity Mole Yucatan?
