Kelis and Nas’ son Knight is growing up so fast! The mom brought her baby boy out to the “Yo Gabba Gabba!” shoe launch yesterday and, wearing a bucket hat, he looked just like his daddy.

Last year, Kelis took him to see “Yo Gabba Gabba! Live!” and had to help hold him up. But now, he’s standing on his own (in Jordans, of course)!

Singer Kelis took to Twitter just minutes ago to air out her thoughts on being called a slave at a UK airport. Kelis was at a UK airport with her son when a complete stranger called her a ‘slave‘ and ’disgusting Nigerian‘.

Kelis revealed:

Over 50 people said nothing. I mean literally nothing. Didn’t flinch. We all no I’m no saint, so I retaliated. Not the way I wanted to, or how that pig deserved.

But #1 my gorgeous baby boy was literally sitting on my hip and #2 I’m a believer. And we are better. Suposed to be anyway. It made me think. This person was aprox a 50 year old English man.

She went on to explain:

I didn’t say anything at the time of the riots in London for a lot of reasons. But I am in london all the time and today I’m gonna say that the racial issues in the uk are disgusting. Decades behind progression because everything is swept under the rug. People don’t talk about it. People don’t fight about it.

Kelis is clearly not a fan of “California Gurls” Katy Perry! According to Britain’s Daily Star newspaper the “Milkshake” singer said, “Katy Perry is crap. It’s just poor pop. Her name might be on her stuff but that doesn’t mean it’s any good.”

I don’t have a problem with folks speaking their opinion and venting, BUT it seems to me that a certain someone is a little bitter. Is it because Kelis feels Katy has the career she should’ve had? After all, didn’t Katy just tie Michael Jackson’s record for #1 singles from the same album??

Maybe she should leak some nude pics like everyone else does to stay relevant! I mean I liked Kelis’stuff back in the day, but let’s be real the stuff that she came out with recently is wack!

Continuing her run of outrageous outfits, Kelis performed in London in another questionable get-up. As reported last week, Kelis performed in a crazy green sparkly jump suit. This week’s insane outfit was a black sparkly two piece with bones on it. Kelis also wore gold sparkly heels. Where the idea for these outfits are coming from – I have no idea. I am feelin’ the heels though. Kelis rocked some crazy hair, too.

No, it’s not the jolly green giant. It’s Kelis! Kelis performed at the Orange Rockcorp at the Wembly Arena in London wearing the most ridiculous outfit I have ever seen. Kelis wore a sparkly green body suit and wings on her head. WHAT was she thinking? I would love to know. I like the green color and the sparkles, but a body suit?? I definitely give this a huge FUG! Was she channeling her inner Peter Pan? We’ll never know.

I don’t care about her milkshake, this outfit definitely scared the boys away from the yard. Tell me what you think of the sparkle monster, I mean Kelis.

Kelis has no regrets about her decision to divorce Nas, her husband of 4 years and father to their almost 2-year-old son Knight. She sees their failed relationship as a lesson, according to MSN Celebrity UK.

“I’m not a big regret person. I’ve been divorced, and I can still say I don’t regret it. I’m a big believer that if a bad situation happens, it is a lesson that needs to be learned, just once.”

If anything, she’s enjoying her 30s to the fullest.

“My mom told us that when we hit our thirties we’d feel our most beautiful and sexy and smart, and I really do feel like that. I don’t know if it’s because I expected it or if it’s really true.”

Kelis’ housekeeper is making public claims that the singer owes her $900 in unpaid wages. However, because she’s in the United States illegally, she may have trouble seeking help from the law.

TMZ was told that Kelis’ maid earned $150 a day for her work, but only worked one day a week, meaning Kelis is 6 weeks behind in payments.

The housekeeper is trying to get a lawyer to see if she can file anything with the California Labor Commission.

Nas has finally been given some good news in his ongoing child-and-spousal support battle with ex-wife Kelis. According to TMZ, the legendary rapper has managed to convince a Los Angeles judge to reduce both. Kelis filed for divorce from Nas in April 2009. Seven months pregnant at the time, the “Milkshake” singer gave birth to the couple’s son, Knight, that summer.

R&B singer Kelis has been hit with a lawsuit for failing to pay a talent agency for “goods and services” for her performances on a variety of shows, including “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno”, the “Today Show” and “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.”

According to contactmusic.com, the Milkshake singer and her management hired staff at Drive Talent Inc, and fell out when Kelis reportedly missed a bill for $11,817.91 (£7,878.61), according to legal papers filed in the SupremeCourt of the State of New York last week.

Wasn’t this the same chick that cleaned out Nas’ pockets??? C’mon Kelis, pay your bills!!

She discusses being happy despite her divorce from Nas, and her attraction to Europe (which might explain her new techno dance sound).

“Her new album, her fifth, was recorded in solitude, in the seventh month of pregnancy and after her scandal-ridden and painful separation from the rapper Nas. It was written and produced in collaboration with Euroclub connoisseurs such as David Guetta, Benny Benassi, DJ Ammo, Diplo, Boys Noize and Jean Baptiste. For Kelis it proved to be a lifeline at a difficult moment.

‘Despite the divorce, I was extremely happy, I was full of life thanks to the pregnancy: that is how I felt while I was writing these pieces, it was the theme that ran through the whole album. The video for Kelis’ latest European single “Scream” has been released online.

The video features single shots of Kelis, in different rooms, different headdresses, different outfits and positions.

It’s pretty obvious that the video for “Scream” was made on a budget, but at least Kelis didn’t lose any of her artistic vision or her fashion-forward ideas.

The David Guetta-produced song is featured on her latest album, “Flesh Tone” which only sold a mere 7,833 copies its first week in stores.

By the way, her after-baby body is sick!

Kelis recently stopped by the Cherrytree House to perform her some tracks from her latest album, “Flesh Tone,” acoustically. The singer performed stripped-back versions of her tracks at the Cherrytree House, which artists including Lady GaGa and Robyn have also performed.

Asked if she was planning a similar style of performance on her upcoming tour, she said: “I usually don’t. I used to do stuff like this but I just feel like everyone’s drunk and they’re like ‘Shut up!’.”
