Katherine And MJ’s Kids Get $86,000 Monthly Allowance

Up to now we didn’t know how much Katherine Jackson was getting by way of allowance while Michael Jackson’s estate gets probated. In legal docs just unveiled today, we now know the special administrators asked to pay her $26,804 per month.

As for the kids, the family allowance for them is $60,000 per month.

The docs also say “…the Estate assets consist of real and personal property exceeding $500 million and that the Estate is solvent [liquid and able to pay its bills].”

Katherine and Michael’s 3 kids will continue to get an allowance – which is subject to change – until the estate is probated. That could take between 1 and 2 years from now.

Katherine Jackson Gets Permanent Custody Of MJ’s Kids

Katherine Jackson was named the permanent guardian of Michael’s three young children today. Biological mother Debbie Rowe will maintain visitation rights, and consent forms signed by both Paris and Prince Michael, indicating that they want to stay with Katherine, were presented at the hearing this morning.

According to radaronline.com, a follow-up hearing on the matter has been set for October 2, and Judge Beckloff also signed off on Jackson’s estate paying out monthly allowances to Katherine and the kids. The amount of the monthly allowances was not disclosed, but the judge noted that he made the childrens’ stipend 83.5 percent of what was requested. Katherine’s allowance will be reviewed in six months, and an additional hearing on the childrens’ payments has been scheduled for January 11, 2010.

TMZ has learned Debbie Rowe has settled her custody issues over Michael Jackson’s children and it doesn’t involve a single penny … but it does involve a shrink.

Sources tell us, Rowe has agreed that Katherine Jackson will be the guardian of Michael’s children, subject to the judge’s approval.

Joe Jackson confirms Michael had a love child

Rowe will get visitation of the two children she had with Michael.

But here’s what’s interesting — Rowe wants and will get a psychologist who will visit the children and help them adjust to her being in their lives on a meaningful basis.

Rowe will maintain her parental rights. We’re told the agreement does not specify the amount of visitation

Everyone seems to be in agreement that Joe Jackson should not be around his grandkids. According to the NY Post, a reported secret arrangement has been made between the two eldest children’s mother and grandmother, Debbie Rowe agreed to give Katherine Jackson custody of the kids if she in turn agreed to keep them far away from Joe and not allow him to have any part in raising them.

A source suggests: “The last thing she wanted was for those kids to be looked after by Joe and go through what Michael went through. When [Rowe and Jackson] were [married], Michael poured out his heart about how much he loathed Joe for what he had done.”

The agreement also states that Debbie will never reveal that she is their mother to the children themselves.

Michael Jackson’s sister Janet Jackson will have the task of untangling the King of Pop’s complicated finances.

According to the New York Post, Janet has been named the executor of his estate and will soon begin the long process of handling his assets, debts and what money, if any, her brother left behind.

A family friend tells the New York Post, “She’s in charge, she had the documents, she has control of his stuff.”

When Jackson died on Thursday, he left an enormous musical legacy and a back catalogue worth millions – but also huge debts, caused by his legendary and unrestrained spending sprees.
