In addition to singing the praises of Weight Watchers for which she is “a walking billboard now,” she discussed how losing the 80 pounds dramatically changed every aspect of her life. Now she actually spends time cooking, exercising and indulging her shopping addiction which she never did when she was at her heaviest.

But the best part of losing so much weight? Now the “diet mentality” she had for so many years previous is gone, and she can indulge her cravings for pizza and wings when she feels like it, rather than avoiding unhealthy foods at all costs and still not losing weight.

Janet Jackson appeared on Jay Leno’s “Tonight Show” last night and while discussing her new film, “Why Did I Get Married, Too,” the singer/actress admitted to using her brother’s death as inspiration while filming some emotional scene. She also discussed her new book, titled “True To You,” about her history of weight loss and weight gain.

“There were certain events in my childhood that created issues that may have made it an issue for me, weight loss, weight gain and self-esteem, things like that.” She cites her role on “Good Times” and the pressure of being in the public eye as reasons for such.

She also talks about her two divorces. No mention of JD though.

She’s a *NYSNC-loving, joke-telling, light-hearted girl who admits to being a crybaby as a kid, bullying boys, and, also, mocks her own mother by doing a spot-on impression. She also discloses to Jay the reason she almost missed her audition for the film that made her a star and why she never wanted to meet Oprah. Watch below!

We all know just how much Mariah loves her heels (think back to her MTV Cribs episode, where she was on her stair master in heels) well her passion for heels caused her some embarrassment last night when she appeared on the Jay Leno show.

The singer barely saved herself from taking an embarrassing tumble on national television. Later in the interview she joked that it was all choreographed just to make Leno nervous.

What’s the President’s most annoying habit? Well according to the First Lady it’s his tennis game. When they play, the President usually wins.

“He beats me quite often,” she said on NBC-TV’s “The Jay Leno Show,” appearing via satellite hookup from the White House. “That gets to be pretty annoying.”

Leno pushed the First Lady to talk about her husband’s flaws. At first, she sarcastically said he has none.

“He’s perfect,” she quipped.

Set to appear via satellite, the First Lady will participate during the talk show host’s segment in which the guest answers 10 rapid-fire questions.

Halle Berry is NOT pregnant!! The Oscar winner appeared on “The Jay Leno Show” last night in a form-fitting black dress and when the funnyman complimented the star on her sexy look, she took a moment to address the rumors she has her second baby on the way.

“Thank you for that Jay because that must mean all these pregnancy rumors can be put to bed,” Halle laughed.

The actress said the recent rumors she had a sister or brother for her daughter, Nahla, on the way were really affecting her.

“I was getting a complex,” Halle said, thanking Jay again for his compliment. “I was like, [I've got to] stop with the burgers or something.”
