Though the film is still in development, prisoner Shamont Lyle Sapp, who is serving time for robbing banks, claims it was his idea to unite the 3 characters into one film. The lawsuit says he gave Foxx and Perry the idea for the project and they cut him out of the action.

Jamie Foxx and the other Foxxhole hosts go in hard on her though, bringing her down a few pegs when she boasts about Kanye fans trying to get photos of her rather than him, stating that ‘they only liked her because she was with him, and if she was out on her own, there wouldn’t be fans’. Bang!

Oh, but she wasn’t with him just to become famous. She went on to claim that she ‘never wanted to be famous, it just happened’. *cough* Sorry Amber, but I don’t think I really believe that, especially when you’ve got a reality show and about to have a radio show…

During an interview with Kirstie Alley, set to air Thursday on the “Oprah Winfrey Show”, the host brought up a May 2009 PEOPLE interview in which Alley revealed her affinity for actor Jamie Foxx.

“I haven’t been having sex,” Alley, 59, said at the time – as she also opened up about falling off the weight-loss wagon and ballooning to 228 lbs. “I want a booty call with Jamie Foxx. For real,” she said. “I’ve always had a bit of a thing for him.”

Winfrey reminded the “Fat Actress” star of the quotes and inquired if she really would love “a booty call from Jamie.” Replies Alley: “You know, me and about 3 million other women in the United States.”

“Well, you know, that’s really great because we have a special relationship, but I don’t want a booty call,” Winfrey says of her friend, who magically appeared via closed-circuit TV – prompting screams from Alley.

“Kirstie … with Oprah’s permission, I’ll be your booty call,” Foxx, 42, tells her.

Is “Blame It” bad for you health?

A teen panel working with the Boston Public Health Commission has determined that Jamie Foxx’s hit song “Blame It” is the musical equivalent of junk food.

The “Sound Relationships Nutrition Label” was developed by 14 teens after they attended a seven-week program on healthy relationship promotion and teen dating violence prevention. The point of the program, the commission says, is to teach teens how to evaluate popular media, and help parents talk to teens about healthy relationships.

During the seven-week program, teens were taught to evaluate music based on themes of power, control, equality and gender roles, reports the Associated Press. The teens then developed their list after analyzing songs from Billboard’s “Hot 100″ chart.

The results? Mario’s “Break Up” featuring Gucci Man and Sean Garrett and Jamie Foxx’s “Blame It” featuring T-Pain topped the list for the most unhealthy relationship songs of 2009. Lady Gaga’s “Bad Romance” and Pitbull’s “Hotel Room Service” were also listed. Among the teen panel’s top 10 songs with healthy themes: “Miss Independent” by Ne-Yo and “Meet Me Halfway” by the Black Eyed Peas. (from Eurweb)
