According to Popeater.com, a source close to ABC News told E! that they wanted to “milk this event for everything that its worth.. it’s all about the ratings…”

Not sure how I feel about that statement.

Another rumor is that the network is thinking about offering Chris a reality show even though E! shut that rumor down right at the source, saying “No, that would never happen.”

What is more likely to happen according to sources close to the network is having Chris and Rihanna sit down and talk for the first time, on television.

E! says that if ABC is able to pull this interview off, Robin Roberts (the same women who Chris sat down with during his Good Morning America interview before he went off in the dressing room), will be the woman orchestrating the television special.

In other Chris Brown news, ABC decided not to press charges against him for his blow up on the “Good Morning America” set, and they are still allowing him to make an appearance on “Dancing With The Stars” this upcoming week.

I hope things continue to go in a positive direction for Chris from here on out! If a special with Chris Brown and Rihanna actually does come to pass, will you watch? I’m anxious to see what will happen! I just hope that the media will not add more fuel to the fire.. guess we’ll just all have to watch and see!

Apparently Chris had just performed and was being interviewed by GMA host Robin Roberts live from the Times Square studio when she began asking about the infamous incident.Chris freaked out, stormed into his dressing room and began screaming so loud, that the folks in hair and makeup got scared and called security.

DAMN!!! Looks like someone may need some more anger management classes.

Robin Roberts showed a sneak peek of her “20/20″ interview with Chris Brown this morning on “Good Morning America.” In addition to asking him direct questions about the infamous incident, she played back the much-talked about interview her co-host Diane Sawyer had with Rihanna last month, and asked Brown to react to some of his ex-girlfriends statements.

“I never ever had problems with anger. No, no domestic violence with any of my past girlfriends. I never was that kind of person….I look at it, and it’s really, like really difficult. It’s like, ‘How could I be that person?’”

Today Good Morning America aired an exclusive interview with Rihanna in which she broke her silence on the Chris Brown incident:

“This happened to me, and it can happen to anybody,” said the star. But she went on to explain how embarrassed and ashamed she was to have the world know about her and Chris’ violate relationship, especially when she went back to him. Rihanna tells Diane Sawyer that women in abusive relationships go back to their abuser eight or nine times before leaving.

“I didn’t realize how much impact I had on these girls’ lives until it happened…it was a wakeup call.” She tells girls in domestic violence situations, “Don’t’ react off of love” and instead to look at the situation from “the third person” perspective because “love is so blind.”

Mariah Carey sympathizes with Rihanna

Rihanna sits down with ABC News’ Diane Sawyer revealing publicly for the first time what happened last February with singer and ex-boyfriend Chris Brown.

“He was definitely my first big love,” she told Sawyer. “…This happened to me…it can happen to anyone,” Rihanna said.

The incident resulted in Brown being sentenced to community labor, five years of probation and one year of domestic-violence counseling.

She also discussed her life growing up in Barbados and how she’s been doing over the last 9 months. Rihanna will be honored at Glamour magazine’s annual Women of the Year event at Carnegie Hall in NYC on Monday, Nov. 9.
