The team will either have to trade him by that date or run the high risk of losing him with no return come free agency this summer.

Well guess what? Royce never paid up (I mean I highly doubt she makes that much money appearing on “Basketball Wives”). According to TMZ, Howard claims Reed now owes him $551,606.74 — which includes interest. So Howard has filed papers with a California court, which could give Howard the right to go after Reed’s assets in Cali.

TMZ obtained the legal docs filed by the Orlando Magic Royce leaked dirt about him to the media at least 11 times (which means she violated a 2009 gag order).

In the docs, Howard explains that if the leaked stories reached 1,000,000 people — a safe estimate given that the stories were posted all over the Internet — the damages should add up to $500,500,000 based on the terms of their previous agreement.

Things are starting to getting uglier by the minute between Dwight Howard and his baby mama “Basketball Wives’” Royce Reed. Royce recently called the cops on Dwight after he picked up their son up from daycare outside of their agreed schedule and now want the courts to make his visits with the child supervised.

According to tmz.com:

NBA superstar Dwight Howard’s baby mama wants someone to watch over him whenever Dwight is with their 2-year old son, according to new court documents.

TMZ obtained a copy of Royce Reed’s motion — filed in Orange County, Florida yesterday — in which she claims the Orlando Magic star regularly misses scheduled visitations with their son Reed. Royce also alleges that their son “acts out emotionally and physically and resists being taken by” Dwight’s nanny … according to the docs.

As TMZ first reported, cops were called in two weeks ago when Royce claimed that Dwight picked up little Reed from preschool when he wasn’t supposed to do so.

Royce is asking the court to appoint a guardian — on Dwight’s dime — to ensure Dwight follows the visitation schedule and Reed gets proper care. Royce’s rep says the motion was filed, “as a last resort.”

Dwight’s reps have not returned their calls.

These two need to get a grip…”Basketball Wives” Royce Reed and her baby daddy NBA’s Dwight Howard are still going at it over their son. Apparently, there was some mix up over custody and visitation that ended up with the cops getting called.

Here’s what went down:

NBA star Dwight Howard got schooled by cops after removing his child from day care. Howard who is in an ongoing custody war with baby mama Royce Reed went to pick up their 2-year-old son. Reed, flipped out and called the cops because she claimed the custody agreement didn’t give Howard the right to pick the child up that day.

Reed showed up at the day care center for a showdown, but Howard had already left with the kid.

The cops called Howard … and the NBA star explained he and his ex made a new agreement … giving him the right to cart his kid away that day. But … after speaking with lawyers from both sides, the cops handed down their verdict — a new custody agreement was discussed but never signed.

The cops ordered Howard to return the child to the day care center, stat. Howard’s nanny took the boy back to school and Reed took him home.

Poor kid!!!

I recently told you about Dwight Howards’ baby mama Royce Reed and their drama… A 2009 injunction barred Royce from using Howard’s name in public after she allegedly called him out on Twitter and on television. In December, the NBA star sued his former lover for defamation.

Well the legal issues are not preventing Reed from having a good time during Super Bowl week. Royce was caught on tape dancing, shaking and getting it in at a party held by Terrell Owens and Ludacris.

Royce Reed, the mother of NBA’s Dwight Howard’s son Braylon recently sounded off on Twitter after being sued by Dwight for posting pics of their son on the social networking site:

I’m still trynna figure out where my 9.2 million stash is and this additional 142 grand. Damn I’m balln and didnt know. Where have i been? lol . Love to post pics of us just having fun. According to court documents, Royce was ordered by a judge in 2008 to refrain from posting pics of their son on blogs, websites, etc. Dwight sought the order because he believed that her posting pics of their son online posed a security threat since he is a highly paid public personality. His suit says she is responsible for these comments “directly or indirectly” posted on the site under an alias:

– “Why file an injunction if you have nothing to hide?”

– “But the bottom line is Dwight is a douchebag.”

Royce’s lawyer said she is “flabbergasted” by the lawsuit claiming she has nothing to do with the comments. Dwight wants $9,205,000 in damages.

You’ll never hear a negative word said about Dwight Howard by his baby mama … because according to a judge, she’s not even allowed to speak his name.

According to tmz.com, NBA player Dwight Howard went to court to prevent his ex from speaking his name. Court documents filed in Florida, the Orlando Magic superstar went to war in October with Royce Lyndsay Reed — the mother of his 2-year-old son — after she allegedly called him a deadbeat dad on her blog, Twitter and even during an ESPN interview.

Dwight also alleges Royce “is attempting to become a celebrity” from being his baby mama … even agreeing to “participate in a VH1 television show called ‘NBA Wives.’”

Dwight ended up winning a permanent injunction against Royce — and according to the documents, she’s banned from “using or publishing (orally, in writing, or otherwise), directly, indirectly or by innuendo, [Dwight's] name, nicknames, image, brand photographs, and/or likeness.”
