TMZ has learned Debbie Rowe has settled her custody issues over Michael Jackson’s children and it doesn’t involve a single penny … but it does involve a shrink.

Sources tell us, Rowe has agreed that Katherine Jackson will be the guardian of Michael’s children, subject to the judge’s approval.

Rowe will get visitation of the two children she had with Michael.

But here’s what’s interesting — Rowe wants and will get a psychologist who will visit the children and help them adjust to her being in their lives on a meaningful basis.

Rowe will maintain her parental rights. We’re told the agreement does not specify the amount of visitation

In the deal she will give up her parental rights and will not try to get custody should something happen to Katherine. “It’s one final payday,” the disgusted Jackson confidant said.

The family isn’t happy about the mega-payout — which was set to be sealed in Los Angeles yesterday afternoon — but they consider it a necessary evil, the source said.

“They felt it was like a ransom-type thing. [Rowe] jumped back into the picture because she wanted money,” the friend said.

This is the third payday she has had for the two children. She was initially paid sum of $8 million, plus $900,000 annually for five years. Talk about a mother’s love!!!!

A source suggests: “The last thing she wanted was for those kids to be looked after by Joe and go through what Michael went through. When [Rowe and Jackson] were [married], Michael poured out his heart about how much he loathed Joe for what he had done.”

The agreement also states that Debbie will never reveal that she is their mother to the children themselves.

The Case of Ms. Rowe vs Mrs. Jackson

As if anyone is surprised, the money grabbers are quickly positioning themselves to make claims on the estate of late pop icon Michael Jackson.

At the center of the squabble is the legal guardianship for under aged children Prince Michael age 10, Paris age 9 and Prince Michael II age 5, who inherited most of the mega millionaire’s estate. Whoever gets the children will get the money!

In the Last Will and Testament of Michael Jackson, he clearly states that he wants his mother, Katherine Jackson age 79, to raise his children as his first choice and if she wasn’t able to do so, singer and friend Diana Ross to be his second choice. Nowhere is the biological mother of the first two children, Debbie Rowe mentioned as being considered legal guardian, nor is there any mention of the surrogate mother of the third child, Prince Michael II. In spite of the fact that Ms. Rowe relinquished her parental rights years ago and hasn’t seen her children in as many years, there are rumors of her considering a legal request as their biological guardian.

There are two issues up for question, is Debbie Rowe mentally and emotional capable of care giving? And, will the courts follow the last requests of Michael Jackson, allowing Katherine Jackson to be legal guardian in spite of her age? Who is the best caregiver and what do the planets say?

According to the NBC 4 website, Rowe said during a 90-minute phone conversation, “I want my children.”

Rowe says she will seek a restraining order to keep Joe Jackson away from the children.

We’ve been trying to stay away from all the rumors surrounding this tragedy, but we just found out that the real father of MJ’s kids has been revealed!!!

According to US Weekly, the father of Michael Jackson’s children Prince and Paris is none other than Jackson’s L.A.-based dermatologist and Rowe’s former boss, Arnold Klein.

“He is the dad,” one of many sources tells Us Weekly. “He and Debbie signed an agreement saying they would never reveal the truth.”

Rowe also claimed that she carried his children as a personal favor, “I said, ‘Let me do this. You need to be a dad. You have been so good to me.’”

Rowe and Jackson met when she was a nurse’s assistant in the 80′s.

Arnold Klein would not comment on the accusations.

Multiple sources deeply connected to the births tells tmz.com that Michael was not the sperm donor for any of his kids.

Here’s what they’re reporting:

Debbie’s eggs were not used. She was merely the surrogate, and paid well for her services in the births of Michael Jr. and Paris.

In the case of Prince Michael II (the youngest), we’re told the surrogate was never told of the identity of the “receiving parent” — Michael Jackson. Three days after Prince was born at Grossmont Hospital in San Diego County, Jackson’s lawyer came to the hospital to pick the baby
up and deliver him to Michael.

We do not know if Jackson chose the sperm or egg donors or if he even knew who they were.

Although Rowe is not the biological mother, it’s not a slam dunk that she would lose a custody battle. This type of case has never been litigated in California courts. Since Rowe was married to Jackson when Michael Jr. and Paris were born, there’s a presumption that she’s the biological parent. That presumption can be rebutted by other evidence.

The mother of two of Michael Jackson’s kids have reached out to his family but is not sure if she’s been successful.

The singer’s ex-wife and mother of his two eldest kids, has left multiple messages for the Jackson family in hopes of getting in touch – though she’s been unsuccessful – a friend tells PEOPLE.

“We’ve been trying to reach them at different numbers,” says Marc Schaffel, a former Jackson business associate who’s close with Rowe. “But we don’t know if who we’ve been leaving messages with have gotten the messages.”

Rowe is the legal parent of Prince Michael, 12, and Paris, 11, and can get custody of them if she chooses. Jackson’s third child, Blanket, 7, was born to an unnamed surrogate.

Michael’s mother Katherine Jackson, was granted temporary guardianship on Monday after filing a petition in Los Angeles Probate Court. In the 22-page document, Katherine claims the kids “have no relationship with their biological mother” and “have a long established relationship” with her since Michael’s death.

Apparently Debbie Rowe usually contacts the family through Jackson’s business office, but her lawyer said: “Our understanding, though, is that the Jackson family does want to have contact with Debbie.”

Schaffel says there were “several reasons” why Rowe reached out, including wanting “to offer her input into a venue where they could have a public memorial.”

“Debbie was absolutely devastated by Michael’s death,” he says. “They had an incredible bond and friendship even prior to the marriage…Debbie was a very good friend to Michael during all those years.”

While Schaffel won’t comment on whether Rowe has had contact with the kids the past few days, “Debbie understands it’s a very difficult time for everybody involved, including the children,” he says. “I think everybody involved would say they want to see the children have no more disruption in their life until their father has been put to rest.”
